At first I thought they actually cared, my husband worked with Luke but we got half of the money and as we were supposed to get other half; Luke stopped responded to all texts, emails and calls. Our case is nearly 2 years and still have not received all funds.

The communication started off near to none. However, once the case was accepted and Case Manager Alison was assigned, the ball started rolling. She has been on top of everything and keeps me well informed.
