For our small business MightyCall has been great. Much easier to deal with than the larger complicated VOIP providers. The user interface is pretty easy to navigate, it's fairly rich in features, and best of all the customer service has been very quick and responsive. The Live Chat is really handy and it's a small team on the other end so you get an individual human to troubleshoot with, not an automated system. I'd recommend them for small businesses who need a slick phone system that's easy to administer and is much better value than some of the giants in this industry.

I requested MightyCall to switch the current local numbers that I already linked to my personal free trial account to our non-profit organizations new mighty call account - to make sure our community members can continue to contact us from the number we have been using to contact them.
