I ordered and paid a lot of money for international shipping, more than $40. I got the package and each book was damaged! I paid over $100 for all the books and each of them was graded NM at the time of the purchase, but when I got them they all were Fair to Poor and extremely damaged. I politely explained the situation to the customer services and sent pics of all the damaged books and they basically said they didn't care and didn't want to issue returns or refunds. I asked my credit card company for a chargeback and contacted my lawyer, since in my state it's illegal to sell without allowing returns on items. I might sue if my lawyer thinks it makes sense. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!! IF BOOKS ARRIVE DAMAGED, YOU CAN'T EVEN RETURN THEM!
