MidisaleReviews of midisale.com

I purchased a midi file. The order said midi file. They downloaded a wav file. I emailed their info address, the only one they have that might be custormer service, and explained. They did nothing, With all the midi services avalable do not use Midisale.

This website is FRAUD!!! You don't get what you pay for and when you try to reach out to them, no one will respond. The email contact is Fake too. There's nobody behind that email that will respond to your concerns. STAY FAR AWAY!!! save your money and use the Yamaha music soft website. At least you could reach them if there's a problem. I would give a much lower star, but one star is as low as it gets.

Same thing here. The midifile I ordered was a DIFFERENT SONG than ordered when downloaded. No response from any email I could find after 4 days as of this writing. Avoid these people.

Expect no response. I’ve tried to contact them two times through their mail and I’ve heard nothing. It’s been over a week now. 10 days. I needed a midi file, but accidentally bought the wave file, which has an error as well. Then I bought the midi file as well, when I found out the mistake on my own with no help from them. The midi file has error as well, but that can be fixed. I don’t recommend this company even if you get your file right away. A company that doesn’t respond to customer’s mails will never get more of my money. So my advice is: Stay away from this company. Let’s help the good companies thriving instead. Let’s see if they respond here. They might come up with an excuse.
