Paid deposit to have procedure done, A few weeks before the operation there were 3 really bad reviews about the clinic, after looking further into the clinics reviews many seemed fake, I also noticed reviews had been left from staff members that I had communications with working for the clinic. I contacted them and explained due to the recent bad reviews I didn’t feel confident having the procedure done with them. I asked if I could use my deposit money in credit for products, they refused this
