Our experience with Microf has been great over the years. They were able to provide us the relief that we needed when our HVAC unit went out unexpectedly. This service came to us as a very good option at the time. Over the years of dealing with Microf, I found their customer service to be excellent and their agents are always courteous and helpful.

Quan was amazing! We are buying a house and there was a lean situation. She kept me calm assured me everything was going to be okay she would rush to get my info and she did. I was able to buy my house and it was all possible because of her hard work and great customer service. She is so helpful and kind it’s a game changer. Microf has a keeper!!

Due to a financial setback, I was behind on my monthly payments. I suddenly lost my Fiance and became homeless after I transferred to California. I still luckily owned my home in Md. I was able to set up a short term payment agreement, for not much, $100.00 a month, but this was even a hardship for me. I was happy to have the agreement, even though it was not much until I could recuperate financially. Thankfully your representative Renee Mitchell was heaven sent ! She is the ultimate professional, listening to my plight and allowing me to make my payments until I was able to recover financially. This morning I requested a payoff figure and Renee provided it , most readily ! I owe everything to Renee and she provided me some piece of mind. She was very professional and responsive. You are lucky to have an employee of her caliber. So Thank You Microf!
