The company itself is great for tech products, but their customer support is terrible with regard to correspondence. It's very frustrating when you are in need of an item they claim to have for immediate availability, but for some unknown reason cannot ship and will not send anymore than two notifications of a "delay". I sent several requests for an update, but have yet to receive a response.
