Return Charges
I ordered two Michu litter boxes for about $300. Once they arrived, I realized they were too large for my cat and the space I intended to use them in. When I contacted Michu about a return or store credit, I was told I could return them but I would have to pay $70 in return shipping because shipping was too expensive for them to cover. That completely changed how I felt about the company. Please read their return policy and fine print, because this is not something I expected when spending this much on litter boxes. I ended up trying one anyway, and it scratched very quickly, so I wasn’t impressed with the quality either. I threw both away rather than spend more time packing and returning them while also paying $70 for the privilege. One remained unopened. It’s unfortunate because I had planned to purchase other Michu products, but after this experience, I won’t be buying from them again.
