I purchased 2 Jenny Ringer tees and both were damaged by my seatbelt (nothing is wrong with my seatbelt) after 1 wearing. I sent a photo of the damage to Michael Stars. I got a bunch of AI runaround responses asking for receipts etc. I provided all that info and then was told there is nothing they can do. But oh, their AI also told me that what makes them soft also makes them fragile. I will never purchase from this company again. 😡

I ordered 2 t-shirts,wanted to return one.I had started the return process,when I got the message,'unable to print return slip try later'.since then i tried many times ,always with the message,'item returned',I sent varoius email to their customer email,left a voice message.I don't get any response.BEWARE of ordering,you won't be able to return possibly!

This is a corrupt clothing company , I sent all my returns in one package , I did not know I needed to return them in separate packages . I didn’t know this would be an issue . The returns department refuses to give me a refund and LIED and said they did not receive it . They stole $80 dollars from me and will not let me speak to a manager please.

Lucky to get one star! If there was a lower rating Michael Stars would definitely be receiving it from me! Purchased Medina Gauze pant ($148)and Janelle Tie tank ($128). Went to wear them and noticed how cheaply made they were from all the lint they were shedding! Contacted MichaelStars and wanted to return them. Sent picture of faulty garments. Corresponded with Andy from Michael Stars who had a negative attitude towards me because I was returning BOTH items. After several emails Andy tells me that I returned only one item. I know I returned both in the same return. I also included a copy of the return that was emailed to me. Andy has refused to give me credit for the Janelle Tie top. Both items were returned!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Been waiting 10 days for my refund!! Still nothing. Email them and get a generic response. Buyer Beware… will be filing a claim with AMEX, to get my money back!!

While I believe Michael Stars has a good product their customer service is terrible. I returned my items and they scanned and received them on 7/2/25. It is now 7/15/2025 and I still have not received my refund. They tell me it will take approx 2 weeks or longer. That is ridiculous and I will never buy directly from them again. Nordstorm has great customer service and refunds me immediately on a return. Their products are not cheap so keeping my money this long is just using people for their own benefit.
