I ordered two size small skirts. They sent me one extra large skirt. I have emailed them repeatedly and they have not even responded. Horrible.

This company is an absolute joke
This company is an absolute joke. I ordered a few items of clothing in 2 months ago. I continued to track my order on the app. There were a few times where I attempted to go on the app and it said 'network unstable ', so I wasn't able to log on. Once I could log on, I and to resolve a few items that they were suddenly out of. After about a month and a half of being patient, I messaged them asking where my order was. I got a response that my order was delayed. I even got a second email apologizing for a late order. I eventually asked for a refund, considering it never came. The tracking on the app just said it was stuck in transit. After some time, they e mailed me back saying the package was delivered, handed directly to the individual on a date even before they said sorry for my package being delayed! lol Now, they are telling me I need to go to my post office and get a written note stating the package was lost before they will issue me a refund. Their third party tracking app, Track17 or something, is shady and all of a sudden, magically said my package was delivered. It wasn't. It even still says on the app, under my profile, that the package is still in transit.
This is confusing, unacceptable and unprofessional. I will take the $150 loss but will never use this bogus company again.
Update: they finally refunded my money and took accountability for their mistakes.

So glad I ordered this
I wasn't sure about the sizing at first but it ended up fitting perfectly. The material feels nice and not cheap at all. I've already worn it a few times and it still looks great after washing.

Good overall experience
This was my first time ordering and overall it was a good experience. The website was easy to use and I received tracking information shortly after placing the order. The item arrived safely and the quality feels solid for the price. It's comfortable and flattering, although I personally wish the fabric had a bit more stretch. Still happy I bought it.
