Shady business practices
This company may be legit, but they also have Louis Belluci as a subsidiary. This is an online watch company that offer those "buy 2, get 1 free" deals. However, "free" watch is just a plastic .25 one from some bubblegum machine.

Dear MicahGuru Team,
I am writing to express my utmost appreciation for the outstanding service that your company, MicahGuru.com, has provided to me. The level of professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by your staff has truly made my experience with your company exceptional. I must admit that I initially applied for LLC services with your company based on a recommendation from a Youtuber without much prior knowledge about your company. However, I am pleased to say that selecting MicahGuru.company has proven to be a wise decision. The quality of service, the timeliness in responses to my inquiries, and the honesty exhibited by your team are truly commendable. I am delighted to share that, thanks to the diligent efforts of your team, I have received the verified LLC documents promptly and the process is well on track within just a week of starting the engagement. This efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Once again, thank you to the entire MicahGuru team for your excellent service. I had to form LLC in USA for e-commerce business, I applied from them on incfile on ZenBusiness on Legal Zoom and Northwest registered Agent but due to their useless services my LLC did not become. Then I applied to my LLC on micahguru formation, their services are very good, I give them 5 out of 5 stars.
