I am getting tons of emails from some Alice at this shop. It is driving me insane. I use to be a happy customer but this Alice succesfully chased me away.

They make it impossible to cancel a order even when it didn't go through yet my card was charged for same order 3 times! I can't find a customer service number. I try to get a person through email and you have to have the order number which I don't have for anything because the site told me my card was invalid yet it charged for the same amount 3 times to my card for a total close to $100! This is bs! Their return policy states no returns unless product is defective! Their site malfunctioned and now I have to pay the price because my order did not go through I have no order number much less three order numbers yet they charged my credit card and now I'm out almost $100 because of this this is not right this is extremely unprofessional and bad business!

i have nothing good to say about their customer service... they claim i ordered 9t-shirts...i ordered 3... not 9 in three separated orders in one day... three came one day and two of the colors were wrong...about 3 weeks later i got 4 more shirts... two were the two colors i had previously ordered but i don't need 4...they will not let me return them....keep saying i ordered them...the customer service people were very rude about helping me

I ordered a print of Elephants off this company when it came it was out of focus .When I asked for my money back i was sent a copy of the elephants again out of focus. Please do not bother paying for prints from this company you may as well just burn the money instead. Very disappointed but lesson learned .

Ik heb hier verschillende keren T-shirts besteld. Ze zijn leuk, tot je ze gewassen hebt. Ze verkleuren, print brokkelt af en de klantendienst trekt op niets. Ze betalen niet terug in geval van verloren goederen. Tracking werkt enkel in de USA, erbuiten niet. Dus moeilijk na te gaan waar het naartoe is. Op einde kreeg ik maar gedeeltelijke orders aan. Ook T-shirts met slechte prints. Ik heb met PayPal betaald en al een geschil tegen hen geopend. Daar kunnen ze niet mee lachen. Dure shirts, goedkope kwaliteit en een slechte klantendienst.

They are very pixelated and this is replicated throughout the printed poster. This is probably due to resolution of the original image, which may not be large enough to accommodate an enlargement of the original image to the 36x24 size that was ordered and is a very amateurish mistake and certainly not one that a quality manufacturer would make.

It is now seven days since I emailed the company with the details of the issues encountered with the posters and have not, to date, received an additional response from them following their initial email, which I find both disappointing and displaying a lack of concern for customer service. I would appreciate their comments regarding my previous emails and the concerns I have raised regarding the quality of the posters, however, do not expect a response, let alone a positive resolution to the issue. I also note that they are still advertising on Facebook and a few comments have been made regarding the same issue, yet they have have not had the common decency or professionalism to reply to these comments either, again evidencing their lack of customer service.

Please stay away from this company. The elephant poster I ordered is badly pixelated and blurry, it’s only use is for a paper recycling bin. Their refund policy states that a refund will only be given when the product is flawed or printed poorly, yet this company refuses to refund me. Their responses are always the same email template. Clearly no quality control over their products, no customer service skills either. Don’t get caught as I did. STAY AWAY.
