This company is terrible! I ordered a color changing coffee mug that arrived broken. It was clearly broken before it was packed. I'd like to get it replaced but neither their website or telephone system are monitored by human beings. The only claim or question option available is "Why is my order late?" When I used the "claim" option to explain that the product arrived broken, I got an automatic e-mail reply that apologized for my order being late. TWICE!

Ordered 5 Dragon shirts on May 15 have not received any of them. Used the thank you coupon to order two other shirts on May 17 and have received both of them. The ones I received were beautiful and comfortable as expected, but still no sign of the first 5 even though 111.76 was charged to my bank account. I've been unable to get any feedback even after emailing them.

I can’t review the t shirt I ordered on May 4th because it hadn’t arrived yet. But you managed to debit my checking account $28.34 payment for my order. I do not have an order number, but my name is Diane Wolf at 1624 Idlewood Ave Akron, Ohio 44313. . I understand some delay in shipping, but there was no problem taking my money. I purchased a purple yorkie in flowers size large shirt.please reply ASAP.

I ordered a mug and a tank top 5 weeks ago. I received the mug, it is nice. No shirt. I have contacted them multiple times, they keep saying my order was delivered. Apparently they can't read because the tracking explicitly states a mug (that so appropriately says YOU'RE AN IDIOT) was shipped and delivered. No mention of a shirt. I'm getting ready to dispute with my credit card company.

.ordered and paidfor a shitzu t shirt black with daisies paid 29 smething for it they say they don't have anyone by that name and email.i don't have the customer numbersince I ordered it in April. Thats really strange because they took the money for it and I ordered ashirt before and received it.there something wrong about that

They suck we ordered two things two months AGO!! And still no stuff and they use coronavirus as an excuse when they’re just to frickin lazy to get us our stuff I’m so mad it’s a scam

I am thoroughly disappointed with my Miaprintspro experience. From the time I made the order to now I've had NO interaction with a live person despite three separate inquiries. I never received a comfirmation email upon placing my order, exactly what I'd ordered and what the final price would be. But within minutes of placing my order, Miaprintspro had tabbed by VISA for a price that was stunning to be, even over and above it being reflected in Canadian currency. I even reverted to sending a response on facebook hoping to draw the attention of a company representative, to no avail. I have no idea what is coming, when or in what form. Maybe this will solicit a response from the company, but again I am not hopeful. This experience has made me regret placing the order. It's not worth the bloody hassle.
