Ordered 1phone cover and 2 tee shirts on the 24/5/2020 phone cover came no problem and to be honest I was impressed. Now please note items ordered were for a birthday present and Father’s Day present (UK)... today’s date the 28/6/2020 ... I have been in contact with them via email and to be honest the service is shocking.. I have been told if I hear nothing by tomorrow I should contact them tomorrow..I have sent numerous emails to them and they have ignored me..to say I am fuming is too polite don’t waste your money they are terrible 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

SCAMMERS!!! Do not waste your money. Found them on a Facebook ad. Took a month to receive a tank top, was extremely blurry image and completely off center, I tried to contact them, you can leave your email but they do not allow you to leave a complaint. They respond with a cookie cutter response and you can not get anywhere looking for their customer support. Total trash company. SCAM Seriously, take $35 and light it in fire, because that’s what you’re going to do if you order from them. Garbage.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Fake reviews giving 5 stars. If i could give no star i would. Ordered 2 shirts on May 15. Here it is June 24. Still nothing. They refunded me 5% three times, still nothing. Told me they won't do a refund. I've gone back and forth through email. They always send the same generic email, with a different signed name each time. I knew I'd have an issue with this. Now my money is gone and no shirts. UPDATE: filed a complaint with Paypal, since that was how i paid. Received my refund within 1 hour. Amazing how i was denied a refund at first, but filed a complaint, received. Bad business

I ordered a mug, tank top and two shirts over a month a go. I got the mug in less than a week. I want my stuff that I paid for. I knew this was a risk, especially with the virus crap delaying stuff.

This company is one of the worst to deal with, 7 weeks of waiting , countless emails with same generic reply stating items are on their way. Filed 2 claims for refund and recieve generic replay in return with a link for claim for refund. 8 weeks on and still no refund and another email in response to my claim email with the same link asking again to submit a claim. How they got a 5 star rating is beyond belief.

I do not understand how this company has 5 star rating. I ordered 2 shirts almost a month ago and have only received one. I know Covid has caused some problems, but if they can not keep up with the demand they should stop taking orders. They were advertised within 5 to 15 days. Well good luck. Their is no one at there customer service. The phone only has 2 choices. They shipp out of Texas. Shame on you Texas.

I placed my order on 4/21/2020. My items went into production on 5/1/2020 and are still in production as of 6/17/2020. I requested a cancellation because of the unreasonable wait. Customer Support said my order could not be cancelled because it was in production and was expected to ship by 5/21/2020. That is almost a month in the past. I will never ever use this company again!

I did not receive my full order. When I called the phone number it was answered by a robot. I was given two option neither of which were helpful. I sent an email and received a generic return email to track my shipment. The email was not helpful. I tried to chat and received a response that there were no agents available.
