Customer Service is horrible
Customer Service is horrible! If you have a issue with anything you purchase from this company, good luck getting it resolved.
Response from MiamialternatorsApr 6, 2021
We are sorry you feel that way. Being in business for over 41 years has earned us the reputation as a company that has the experience and knowledge to know how to run a business with customer satisfaction and repeat customers. You were offered the opportunity to receive a refund on your purchase which apparently you chose not to do. We do not issue refunds based on your observation alone. We asked that you send the unit back for us to check it, and if it was defective, we would issue you a refund. Because you don't agree with our perspective on your situation you have made the decision to submit daily reviews on Trustpilot until you get a response from us. Well, here you have it. Enjoy your day!
