Do not purchase from Mia Belle Girls. I purchased an outfit and used their size chart and compared to my daughters measurements and also purchased a mystery item at a value of $42.99. Not up to that amount but a value of $42.99. When the items were delivered, I had my daughter try the outfit on, and it doesn’t even fit! Their sizing chart is completely off! Then the mystery item they sent is not even her size, is not denim like they claim, is completely see through, and is a value of $27.99. That’s a $15 difference from what I was sold! False advertising at its finest. I attempted to reach out to them via their website, and at the time their return portal was down, so it stated to email their customer service. I sent them a very detailed email on 8/7 letting them know my frustration and asked how I can return for a refund. I have yet to hear from them. I sent a follow up email this morning in disbelief that I haven’t heard anything from them. Their return portal is now up and running and it’s saying I cannot return these items because they were final sale items! So you’re honestly telling me that because your sizing chart is inaccurate and you sold mystery boxes at a value that was in no way true nor the size of my daughter, that I won’t receive a refund?! That is completely unethical and flat out a horrible way to make a profit and take advantage of your customers! So if you’re reading this, I beg you, do NOT purchase from them! Don’t want to end up screwed over like me.

2 shipments dress ordered was totally different than what was ordered I was still waiting for my dress not realizing when I got a dress in that I hadn’t ordered in a package not mentioning miabellebaby that it was indeed my order based on delivery status. Totally different dress than what was ordered.

Returned a romper for a different size and they shipped me a hat. They now refuse to ship the correct item or refund me for the romper. Worst customer service ever! Would never purchase from this site again.

I ordered dresses with accomanying hairwreaths and they did not match the dresses at all. These were recommended as going with the dresses and pictured with them. They refused to refund them. Not a professional company. Beware.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS! I ordered 2 items from Mia Belle. They shipped (much) later than the confirmation email stated they would. When they did arrive, one of the packages was torn, but the item looked fine to me so I wasn't worried about it. However, both items were GROSSLY missized. After trying the item on myself and my daughter for less than 30 seconds total, they were placed directly into a box and taped up. I filed a return request and was sent a shipping label. I mailed back the items and waited for them to be returned. I received an email stating they were not able to accept the return because "there was a spot on the sleeve and I didn't check the box stating the item was damaged." They gave me two options, to throw the item away or I can pay (again) to have it shipped back to me. The item was in pristine condition, there was nothing wrong with it. This is predatory, scummy, and all around unethical. Run far away from this scam site. Don't spend a dime here.

I really think a lot of these reviews are fake. They have horrible customer service with equally horrible quality items. I can get the same on Shein for much less. Good luck reaching customer service if you need to; they ignore emails. They also don’t disclose when an item is a pre-order and will surprise you with that one week later with an email. They won’t even respond to my emails giving me a RMA number to return. Now I’m stuck with a cheap quality dress that no one will be wearing.

I ordered the first time and I knew 2 of the items I ordered were pre orders. Stated they would ship mid December. After ordering I was notified that it now won’t ship until after the new year. So there goes the Christmas gifts. The head band I ordered took 2 weeks to receive. No big deal on that since it arrived before the holiday. But it had glue all over it! So poorly made. If my daughter didn’t freak out to wear it I would have sent it back. I had to personally clean it up and make it look good. Decided to give them a second chance. Ordered something that on their site says “ships next day” currently going on 4 days and no shipment at all. So once again, most likely won’t receive it for my daughter’s Christmas concert. Their customer service takes forever to respond. The first time I reached out, I had to resend the message. I’m actually still waiting for a response from them from an email I sent over a week ago. I won’t waste my money on this company again. They are quick to take your money and so slow to get you the stuff or even care to respond. Such a shame because the stuff they post is so cute!!! Update: the company responds here way quicker than to their business email.

As soon as I ordered some dresses for my granddaughter within seconds, I realized it defaulted to the order I placed previously. I tried numerous times to contact them without any response. My fault for not checking before it defaulted to the first orders address but their customer service response or lack of is horrible. I now have to drive 100 miles to pick it up and reship it! Four days after placing the order, their response was sorry we understand but it has been shipped!!! Terrible customer service!!!
