My experience has been awful poor quality products, I am in embarrassed to give this as a gift. I informed them that I do not want store credit, they can keep the credit themselves. I will never ever buy anything from this website again. I had another outfit a polkadot tunic leggings set that I ordered and they informed me that it was too late to give me my money back because it was already ship. 12/3/19 (Last item arrived today. They claim it was to late to cancel it) PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE EMAILS. YOUR CLOTHING IS GARBAGE, I was giving it to Goodwill I am embarrassed to give it to them. Therefore I and putting it in the garbage. You should be embarrassed for selling this crap. I should report your company to the BBB.

Don’t expect returns, refunds or customer service if you are dealing with this company. I cancelled the order within 24 hour period and they still shipped the order. I refused delivery and sent it back. Still waiting for refund. Seems like they make money by cheating people.

Worst place to order from, poor customer service. I got my daughter's dress she wears a 8 but they say order a size up so I did, I ordered a 10. It took a month to get it and it a bit too small so I emailed them the next day I needed a size 12 they told me out of stock and I can't get a refund. It's been almost a month and I still have not gotten the shoes.

Please do not buy/purchase from this company, Mia Belle Baby or Mia Belle Girls. Mia Belle Baby is listed with the BBB as out of business. They are now using Mia Belle Girls even though the url is miabellebaby.com still. Poor quality and late delivery. 1) Costume did not come in as pictured on website. The costume is made of poor quality material, not the same color and you can see through the fabric :(. The sizing is also so much smaller than what is labeled at 150 cm. My daughter is nine year old, petite frame, and it should've been loose on her. It fit her oddly and it was tight. It was so ugly that I wouldn't donate this thing to anyone. 2) I ended up buying another costume as the costume came in late. It said it was to deliver in 15 days and I received an email on the Sept 19 that it was on its way. I reached out to the company 11 days after ordered and expressed my concern via email that I needed this product by October 4th and all of sudden the status conveniently turned into processing at warehouse in China. Of course they gave me the run around that it takes 18-21 business days and it was in the description and since it is now processing that they couldn't do anything to stop it. The product page for this particular costume said it would be delivered in 15 days as I was very careful to make sure it would come in in time for a photo shoot. Then with all of my complaints, the product page was conveniently removed from their site and I reached out to them to inquire and they stated it was taken down because it became sold out due to it it being one of their most popular items. I don't think so. I told them that they're not a good company and that I'll be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and to my credit card company. I do not normally do reviews but I thought it was important to let others know to stay clear away from them.

BEWARE. Worst customer service and misleading shipping information. Ditto the other bad experiences. I have twins and ordered two of the exact same Mommy and Me bathing suits in girls sizes (and so they could match me). One arrived in the package, even though I had ordered two. They asked for a picture of what I had received. I provided it. They said they would send a replacement. I waited another 21 business days for the replacement to arrive. Nothing. Contacted them AGAIN and they hadn't even sent a replacement yet. I asked for a refund. They said they had already shipped it and couldn't be refunded. I asked for a tracking number for the replacement. Never provided. Guess what? Not here yet. Worst thing was that when I filed a claim with PayPal, my claim was denied because the the seller had delivery confirmation of the package (yes, the package that only had one bathing suit in it). So I'm out the cost of the bathing suit and a whole lot of headache trying to get my money back. I'll make sure to share my terrible experience with everyone and suggest people support their competitors instead.

Ordered a bunny outfit for Easter and it will not be here on Easter but in a claim with PayPal. I’m not paying 43.00 for something that will come after the holiday. Do not order from this site. Terrible service

Not just bad..horrible. I was billed for 2 dresses on Feb 10. It is now Ap 12, 2019.No dresses and no one in customer service. No phone number. Never again! And I want my 68 dollars back!

I thought this was supposed to be an online botique store. Especially paying botique prices have NEVER BEEN so dissatisfied with any online purchase before. I purchased my item almost a month ago. I have contacted their customer services 3xs. My shipments have still not been shipped and they forget to tell you it takes 18-21 business days before they are shipped due to them being shipped from china. We have a wedding in less than a week and our dresses wont be here on time.
