Would like to return a dress. The dress is of poor quality and has no shape to it. Please let me know the procedure to do so, since I can find nothing on your website. Upon emailing back and forth with the company, I am not allowed to return a dress that was poorly made. I would recommend buying from this company. Buyer beware.

I placed my order January 23,2020 and today February 13, 2020 STILL not ship date. I emailed them they cannot give me an estimated ship date!! Never AGAIN!! I’m calling my credit card to refund me!!!! And file a complaint!!!

I really never write reviews because you never know if the company was just having a bad day or going through a hard time. I ordered a dress for my daughter for her daddy daughter dance. When I ordered it said it will take 2-4 days to ship. It’s been a month and the dance is over and I still haven’t received my dress. I tried to contact them to cancel my order but they said they can’t because it already processed but still hasn’t shipped. That was a week ago and still haven’t received a dress. Wish they would just refund my money at this point.

This website is a sham. It takes days for you to get your package and eventually the size is very small. I ordered for my daughter's christmas clothes directly from their website because I buy from them through Zulily. The same size of clothes (size 8) that I buy from zulily I bought from their website, it just looks like a 4T size. Never buying from them again. You can't even talk to anyone, their phone is a google phone. Be careful, they are scammers.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Ordered Christmas outfits for my granddaughters on 11/10, they were scheduled to ship on 12/5. Supposedly shipped on 12/17, i have still not received them. Huge run around trying to get my money back. Never ever again! Total scam!!

I wish I would have looked at reviews before I ordered!!! Worst deceiving advertisement and shipping date all lies!! Stuck with two hats because I took them out of package they were flat as a pancake thought they were the outfits I bought on Nov 11 they said no return on accessaries well I’m not getting Santa outfits in time for Christmas wear!!!!! Such bad business and customer service I will eat my 100.00 purchase don’t bother to respond with your same old sorry 15 discount!!! Read your 67 complaints On the BBB all the same story I have been in retail for 40 years you don’t know the first thing about taking care of your customers The hats I paid 40.00 are junk!!!! And don’t need them now you people should be out of business I would be ashamed to say I worked there you rip off hard working customers and Lie!!!!!!!! bad business

HORRIBLE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I ordered several hundred dollars worth of clothes because they look so cute on line. We received two tops the following week - not good quality clothing - very rubbery. 2 weeks later I could not wait any longer for the other items - so i emailed them to cancel the order. They told me no. they were going to ship the items anyways. after 10 emails back and forth for over 1 week - they still refused and proceeded to shop the items anyways. Funny - i still received nothing but they billed my credit card. Since they refused to cancel my order, i had to call my credit card to dispute the charge for fraud. do not waste your time on this company - i will never use them again.

Still at it..... Ads that border on fraudulent and no refunds..... The beautiful "matching" Christmas dresses I purchased for my grand daughters 1) didn't match and 2) didn't look anything like the ad...... Sorry, no refund, just store credit....
