Terrible customer service by this company! They send a crown that is pictured on a young girl and is meant to be part of a girls costume. The crown was even too big for my head! It came in a completely sealed a plastic package. You need to cut it to open it and it was not cut open. I tried to return and they stated they wouldn’t because of “hygiene” reasons. It’s in the original package. But they will return a fabric dress that a girl can try on and wear? Very disappointed and don’t order anything from this company, you won’t be able to return.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The outfits they displayed were for Valentines Day so I bought full outfits to take Valentines Photos of my girls. Everything arrived on time but not the two hats that made the outfit complete. I literally had to order the hats from somewhere else and pay for them to be sent asap. Now, we are at March 11 and just got an email saying the hats are on the way. I asked for a refund and they are telling me I can have 20% back? This is rediculous. Plus, every email sent isn't an actual person , its standard email sent. This company should be out of business. I am very upset right now.

I ordered a dressed over a month ago. No tracking lies about refunds. And I'm over it. Continuing to say they will email me but never do! I just want my money back at this point

What I ordered versus what I got. I am more sad because this company is not accepting that they sent me a cheap flimsy piece of rubbish instead of what was advertised on their website. Oversized shoes from China and tiara not for for purpose. I have been in contact with customer service and no help there.

Would give them a zero if I had that option. First time ordering from this company, Will never order again. It’s been almost 6 weeks, still have not received , (when order was placed, the date Promised was before the end of the month) After many emails. The response is the same... waiting for a tracking number! Very disappointed in all aspect of this experience. Many other shopping options ... stay away from this company.. just received an email stating they are “sorry” for not getting back to me... they are “swamped with phone calls”. I wonder why? Maybe fulfill the orders that you have received. And honestly, it’s not my problem you are “swamped”.

I would give a zero if I could. Worst customer service ever. Waited one month. Received merchandise today. Horrible quality. Skimpy material. Besides I really don’t want packages from China coming to my house. Dresses are crumbled into a two inch bag. Disgraceful and overpriced garbage. Start using American companies and keep the garbage germs in China

I'm in the US. Ordered 4 items on January 31st. To date I have received one item. I emailed them a week ago for status and they told me it was my fault for not seeing their website "which clearly states it can take anywhere from 18-21 days" for some items to ship. I did not appreciate their tone with me as a paying customer! Yesterday I emailed them again since, day 21, I STILL don't have my items. I asked for all of my money back and they refused saying now my shipment is on its way. They can't stop the shipment or refund me. What the hell kind of business is that? A HORRIBLE ONE! STILL DON'T HAVE MY ITEMS. BUYER BEWARE! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

Placed an order on 1/11/20. Received all of the items expect one dress. I have contacted costumer service from the web site and they can’t explain or give me any information regarding my ordered status. A 20% refund was offered for the inconvenience. I have not responded to that yet, but I’m totally confused as to why I would get a full refund if I never received the item! I will be contacting my bank today and getting my money back that way. Again, I have given shipping information and order number and no one can see to tell me anything about the lost item other than-things are taking a much longer time to ship. Seems a bit ridiculous.
