Please save yourself the headache and hard earned money and DO NOT purchase from this company. They’re a complete fraud. 18-21 days for shipping, my order is past that time frame and still somewhere in China. This is unacceptable and I will take time to report them to BBB!

If you notice...the only good reviews have the same, unusual wording...Exact wording in fact. Everyone else says DO NOT buy from this company

I purchased some child apparel from this site on February 21, 2020. It became apparent after a few weeks that this was going to be the usual China online order hassle. After inquiring about the order I was told the order would take 18-21 business days and that it is posted on the website. You will have to hire a data miner to find that info on their website. As time went on they would make excuse after excuse, especially "You don't see any tracking because it is in transit." I used to work for the postal service and had to correct a rep I spoke with and told her that based on the tracking the order was not even in the United States. In any case on March 23rd I demanded a refund and to cancel the order; the company obliged. Had I seen the reviews about Mia Belle on the Better Business Bureau's website, I likely would not have ordered anything from them. If this company was just honest with shoppers and just posted on their site's home page prominently that orders can take over a month to arrive and put the realistic shipping time next to each product, shoppers would appreciate the honesty and order if that time would still work for them or plan around that time. For instance if you purchase a dress for Easter and the info tells you that item will take 18-21 business days to arrive, a shopper can buy an item that has a quicker shipping time instead but may still order that dress for future wear. However, if the site deceives the customer about the shipping time and the customer was depending on that item for Easter wear, but now has to rush out and buy another dress because the site lied about shipping times, the company will lose that customer. Unfortunately retailers like this have the latter pattern of dishonesty that loses customers and involves a lot of unnecessary effort. If they spent that energy on honestly telling consumers a realistic delivery time they wouldn't have these negative reviews.

Would leave zero stars if it were possible.

They really dont deserve a star ordered my grandbaby two outfits have yet to recieve anything from these people this no company when they are stealing people money and not sending the product im currently filing with the internet crimes on this case here because you dont steal grom people please dont order anything from these fakes

Would give us zero if I could. I purchase something online they charged my credit card when they didn’t even have the product to provide it’s been five weeks and they refused to refund my money!! BEEARE! Dont shop here!!!

Still waiting after 43 days for stuff I ordered from this unreliable "company". They refuse to to cancel and refund me my money. Crooked isn't the word for this place. I had to contact them SEVEN times to get somebody to finally send me a new pair of pants that I originally recieved damaged...it wasn't even sewn. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. a pair of bows for st.patricks day STILL haven't come yet, and I ordered them in the beginning of February!!
