Purchased online. Took my payment and never sent product. Never had any shipping tracking. Cant get a hold of these clowns to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Only giving a one because we got refunded. Lies lies lies, emails that kept changing replies instead of saying flat out we took your money with no stock. Says they are based out of Florida but its an overseas company in tiny fine print. Say away!!!

This is what you get from China people. Like the other reviews, I waited for weeks to receive one dress that was way too small. I think their website even states "Made in USA". I beg to disagree. The sizes are WAY too small. My grand daughter was a micro preemie at 1 lb 3 oz and at nearly 4 years of age, she wears a 2 toddler. I ordered a 3T for good measure. It was more like 12-18 months in size. This is what you can expect...from China

The dress took between 6 to 8 wks to arrive. When I finally received it I was disappointed to see one side of the tulle was either ripped or never made/glued properly. The rose pin for the belt fell right off the pin (glue didnt hold) and after closer inspection the rose wasn't meant for that type of application. The fit was so-so...looked a little sloppy. Fifty dollars later my daughter thinks it's a fun dress up toy. Certainly not what I intended it for but at least i'll use it for something.

Order never received after 4 weeks. Company doesn’t respond to emails and I’m unable to track any shipping. I believe this company is a fraud and Im trying to get a refund. Do not order from them.

One star is too many. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, qualifying for a discount because of third pair. I waited semi-patiently for 6 weeks. Two pairs were delivered, with no indication of what happened to third pair. They reduced my refund by the discount, even though it was their incompetence and failure. They also refused to refund a third of my $30 delivery charge. They are crooks.

placed order on 2/10/20 waited for days they kept saying order shipped. Me constantly asking for tracking number March 9th 2020. and still had not received item. They said they would send out again. same situation could not find tracking number again, they said they gave me a credit for the item because of everything and gave me dress for free. Well today is 4/23/20 and still have not received . Sent email on the 4 //21/20.. after numerous email between March 9th and April 21 they kept saying item shipped but did have tracking number. After tons of emails with them saying it has shipped , they sent email on 4/21 saying order was credited and never shipped.This is the worst company they lie and items never ship. do not order from this company... Lies and the worst customer service, asked for managers to contact and they never did called me. They have alot of reviews like this. I had to give 1 star to write review, other wise they would not have got a star at all!!!

I’m still waiting for my order. They sent this transit thing and it’s been in Hanghou China for ever. I’m canceling the order as this is so ridiculous I’d rather do my business with Janie and Jack beautiful clothes and awesome customer service
