I placed an order April 3rd , and still have not received it . I finally got an email telling me it was being shipped from China. I ask for a refund , because I didnt want it from China. But was refused a refund. Do not order from here.

A placed an order and still haven't received it after 2 months. They refused to refund my money. I really liked how the clothes looked online and wanted to order more, but was nervous about ordering things online. I will not be ordering anything from them again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They have hundreds of complaints with the BBB. They erase any negative comment(s) from their Facebook page. The quality of their products is very cheap. I ordered face masks and they came undone at the seams after one use and cannot be used again. The company will not refund my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMAPNY. I ordered a dress on April 25. It is now June 3rd. And have not received anything. They blame covid but I have ordered other items shipped from just as far. The reviews that are rated 5 star on here are fake don't believe them. Terrible company stealing money to get ahead.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered shoes for my daughter. They took over a month to arrive and were three sizes too small. When I reached out to the company, I was told I would have to wait for a review team to consider my return. 5 days later I was told they sent the wrong size, if I sent them back and the return process could begin once they arrived. Because of the long shipping process, I asked if they could please ship out the correct order immediately, so that I would not have to wait until the end of July/August to receive a product I ordered in April. I was told no. I was really excited about the shoes, but left very disappointed with the customer service.

I would give zero stars if I could. The clothes take several months to be delivered. I ordered back in March and still haven't received everything. The clothes I have received are of very poor quality. Two of the dresses have straps coming off and my daughter hasn't even worn them yet. The cloth is very thin and cheap. One of the dresses doesn't even look anything like it does on their website. Please save your money and don't buy anything from this store.

What a joke! Ordered on March 10th and have received no product. When inquiry was made, I got the old "It's on the way" response. A month later still no product or refund. My experience with this company has been a disaster. I would encourage anyone looking to purchase from this company to look for alternative companies. Thankful I did not lose a lot of money .

I ordered shoes for my granddaughter Mark 26 please do not order from them it's a scam China do not order anything this is ridiculous I've called every week and they keep telling me they were shipped out I paid with a debit card everything was good on my debit card they stoled my money is what they did please be advised this is a scam place to order from
