They don't deserve a one star! I only gave them a one star in order to warn the public to stay clear of this company!!! I ordered a shirt 3 months ago and it just arrived last week and it was the wrong size. I've been going round and round with them to send me a return label and they said the only way they'll send a return label is if the item is damaged or the wrong size. I told them the size I ordered and they sent me a size small so it's merchant error. It took them two weeks to respond back to me with the same question...what size is it? This company is BELOW standards and I warn everybody to save yourself the frustration by not ordering from them.

This company is TERRIBLE and has terrible customer service. I ordered a dress for my daughter from them on APRIL 27th, it is now JUNE 20th and I have yet to receive anything or shipping updates from them. I have emailed them several times and each time they give me the run around. Nowhere on their website does it state you'll be waiting 2 months for a dress. I honestly feel scammed at this point and have requested a refund numerous times with no response... go figure. Save yourself the hassle and order from a more credible company!

I placed an order over 2 months ago and still to this day have not even received a shipping email. I have emailed customer service multiple times, the first time they responded by telling me they can’t help me. I continued to email asking to cancel my order and get my money back because there was no delay with them charging me for this product I’m never getting. They then replied telling me my product had shipped but USPS was the delay and it’s not their fault, but they would give me 20% back and I can keep the product (whenever it gets here). I said that Would be okay but can I please have a tracking number for my package and they are ignoring me again. They clearly have poor customer service and do not care about my business. So far all they are to me is a thief. They took my money, and as expected they did not refund me even my 20%

Recently I ordered 3 masks from Mia Belle. I received them and was so sad when I saw they sent me a size GIRL blue star mask, not the ADULT size I ordered. Also, one of the masks was unraveling in the filter area. Mistakes happen, and I tried to be philosophical, though I wanted the Star mask for part of Father’s Day gift. But, I figured the company would make good on its products..So, I contacted them LAST Saturday, sent email and pictures to them of the problems, finally heard from them Wed, asking me to send pictures, which I AGAIN did! Today is Saturday, still no response. I tried calling them, but I couldn’t get through. I have devoted much time to this, and feel totally dismayed and taken advantage of by this company. They took my money, and then seemed not to care that they gave me wrong size and fraying and unraveling masks. During this unprecedented time, when we are all reaching to protect ourselves and our loved ones, to be treated like this, is indeed, really upsetting and sad. We need to help each other, not take one’s money and run, which is what this is feeling like.

I ordered in April. Haven’t received and it is now June 18th. There is no way to get ahold of anyone. I finally got ahold of someone on the chat and after giving them my order number they signed off and now it says no one is available. What a joke!

I ordered a pair of sandals in the beginning of May we are now on June 19th and no word from them. I have not received my purchase and I have emailed and sent them a message on Instagram and no response!! There is no excuse on why you cannot communicate with your customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

This company is the absolute worst! I would give them 0 stars if I could! I ordered a pair of sandals in January, received them in March sent them back because they were extremely small and not true to size at all. It's now June and I still haven't received the replacement products. I have emailed them at least five times now and they never respond. Do not buy from s h i t of a company, they are a joke.

Please do Not order from this website it's a waste of money and time. I ordered a dress from here for my daughters birthday and it still hasn't arrived. I emailed customer service THREE times now requesting a refund and asking them where do I return the dress once it arrives if it does arrive. They do not acknowledge my request instead they provide me with shipping information. I ordered the dress may 12. It was shipped May 30th and it's currently June 18.
