They did not send the items. It took two and half months for them to tell me that they no longer had them. Did finally refund them, but only after many complaints and emails. Customer service was less than satisfactory.

Ordered goods 6 weeks ago. After numerous emails back and forth I am still waiting! Has to be a scam. Requested refund weeks ago, which they refused, stating. Goods had already been sent. Still waiting. Stay WELL away Mia Belle Baby!

Clothes are super cute but do not hold up for the price! Takes way to long to receive. customer service super bad. Same but to pricey to were once and falls apart!

I ordered two outfits. Total $71.97. I complained to them that the outfits were sized wrong. This company is trying to offer me an store credit! No way it took 30days to get this order. They have given me the run around on No I am done. Filing with BBB and the Bank.

I ordered 2 items from Mia Belle. A sweatshirt in size 10 and a sweater in a 10/12. I received a size 4 T for the sweatshirt and the size 10 sweater is big enough to fit me - an adult. They were both smashed into a SMALL mailing envelope. They have massive wrinkles that won’t come out !! I have emailed 3 times to try and get an exchange for the size 4 sweatshirt to a 10. I had to send pictures, which I did. The company could clearly see the size 4 and massive wrinkles. I finally have been offered a Store Credit !! No refund, exchange. And I have to mail back at MY own expense. I already paid $6.99 in shipping and was sent the wrong size. I paid $65.00 for these 2 items and can’t use either. I would STRONGLY suggest consumers AVOID this site. They don’t practice good business practices. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and next my credit card company. BEWARE of Mia Belle...

Hi - I have ordered almost 3 weeks before my daughter’s birthday but i received one week after the birthday and also dress didn’t look nice as it was displayed in their site. So disappointing.

THIS IS A FAKE STORE. They continue to send people to a different store for customer service and no one can actually get ahold of them. Their phone number is a google voice number and THIS IS A CHINESE COMPANY NOT BASED IN AMERICA. Take it from the people fielding ALL the phone calls for this company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I wish there was a zero star catagory..I spent over $200.00 on dresses for my grandaudauters..they took months to come..when they did they were beautiful but even though I ordered 2 sizes larger than they wear..they were way too small..also I was unaware that the items are made in China..they come with no size labels.WARNING..do not buy from this company
