I pre ordered 2 Halloween outfits on September 19th and received an email on October 15th stating I would only be receiving 1 as they where having production issues. Then it stated I can pick out another outfit or get a gift card to purchase something else through them but no refund. Also the 1 outfit has yet to be shipped and I commented on their Facebook page to which they have blocked me😡. I would not recommend anyone to go through them.

BUYERS BEWARE - You may not get your items. They keep you Money! Ordered 2 outfits - After weeks we got an email saying only 1 would be fulfilled and the other we won't get. They gave us store credit and won't give our money back. They came up with some Excuse trying to get us to switch to some other outfit we don't want. SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PHONE NUMBER IS A FAKE ANSWERING MACHINE THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND MESSAGES AMD NO WAY TO GET YOU MONEY BACK. THEY ALSO WILL BLOCK OR DELETE COMMENTS ON FACEBOOK TO MAKE THE PAGE LOOK BETTER. BUT WONT RESPOND. I GOT BLOCKED AND MY WIFE TOO. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST BE SAFE AND HOPE RHIS REVIEW HELPS

I ordered my daughter's Halloween costume from them on 9/4/20 and I still don't have it. I've reached out to them several times and even commented on their Facebook page; they've now blocked me from commenting. It's a scam!!

I ordered my daughters Halloween costumes on 9/21/20. 16 business days later and it is still at a pre-shipment status since 9/30/20: USPS Premium Tracking™ Available Status Pre-Shipment September 30, 2020 at 1:10 pm Merchant Order Receipt Notification, USPS Awaiting Item Their policy is 18-21 business days. I requested a refund and they stated that this is not an option. I will NEVER NEVER purchase anything from them again. Now I will have to scramble to find my kids different costumes.

I’d give zero stars if I could. It took forever for them to mail it and THEN they told me it would be 18-21 business days from when they mailed it...three weeks late. Somehow it arrived and it was garbage, looked like crap and smelled horrible. It was shoved into a tiny bag and all wrinkled and it was almost $50 all included! Don’t use this company. When I tried to complain and warn others on their social media, they blocked me from messaging them and turned off my ability to comment. Will be reporting to BBB and trying to get a refund.

I made a purchase from Mia Belle Girls and when I received my items they were not what was advertised. The material was paper thin, the sizing was so off, they smelled so bad I gagged, and they did not have tags. There were no name brand tags, no fabric tags, no size tags, and no laundry care tags. There was a card, but everything was written in Chinese and I couldn't read it. My order was only partially fulfilled and when I told them I had not received my entire order, they ignored me. I asked to return the items and they sent me an address where I could mail everything back to, but they received the items they refused to give me a refund! I am out the money and don't have the items I ordered! They are fradulent! My bank card actually reversed the charges after days of investigation and all the proof I was able to provide via pictures and emails. The BBB actually says they are out of business!

I will never make another purchase from this entity. They are very shady. I purchased several items and they only shipped one at a time. I had to follow up in order to get each item shipped. The last item - the main reason for the original order - was never shipped. they claimed to have refunded me, but did not - by this time it was too late to dispute through Paypal. Customer service is the lowest of the low.

One of the worst companies we ever delt with. We will be staying away and never making a purchase again. The customer service is horrible and their items are poorly made and pathetic. We were to receive a replacement for my daughters poor quality mermaid tail and are still waiting on that. They will never get our business again. Such a trashy business.
