Absolutely terrrrriibleeeee!!!!!!!!! I get a confirmation email that says I will get my 4 yr olds costume by Oct 14, when it still hasn’t shipped they say it was supposed to ship mid-October. I said that’s not what the confirmation email says! They say “oh sorry”. The costume finally came, missing a piece. I get an email saying “the knee high socks you ordered won’t arrive”. I didn’t order knee high socks. This site is terrible. Will never use again!!!!

Wish i looked at all these....im not a person for a bad review at all!! I hate bashing a company! But i ordered a halloween costume on oct 4th it still hasent arrived.... ive emailed. Nothing in responce! :(

This company is the worst!!! I ordered my daughters Halloween costume on October 2nd. It was supposed to be delivered on October 12th. Every week I emailed them to ask for shipping updates, and every week someone told me “it’s shipping this week”. Today is October 26th, only 5 days til Halloween, and they finally reached out to me and told me that her costume won’t be here in time. Thank goodness I found her a back up costume when I started to feel like I was being jerked around. I asked for a refund but they refuse to give me one. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Order never arrived, I kept in touch with them through email, they kept getting promised it was shipping out next day, and never did! They finally stopped responding to my emails and voicemails. I placed a dispute in PayPal, and was refunded within a few hours! Will never buy from them again. Glad I got my money back!

Ordered two Halloween costumes on September 16th they said I would receive by October 15th. I’m still waiting on one it’s October 22 and it’s not even showing shipped

Still no halloween outfit and ordered in September. Kept being told to wait and now can't get a reply after waiting period is up. Don't purchase from here. Scam, scam, scam.

Ordered a Halloween costume in September and still have not received it. I tried logging in on the site to check on the status, and it’s telling me i have no account (although I checked in on it two weeks ago). No outfit, no purchase information because I can’t log into my account. I purchased sparkle tights as an accessory—they showed up but are extremely cheaply made, from China, and started shedding sparkles the moment we opened the package, I’m afraid to touch them. Wasted money, will have to order from somewhere else. Do not purchase from this scam of a place.
