Horrible horrible merchandise and even worse customer service. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! I was looking for a pair of Soludos espadrilles for myself, which were sold out on the most well known websites and accidentally came across this website. I looked over the pictures, all pictures seem to be from the original website. Without thinking about something fishy I ordered two pairs. It took me over a month to receive my order, which arrived from China. Surprise!!! The company is listed to be located in Florida. The order arrived in a plastic bag, without a box. It looks very similar to the original BUT very very uncomfortable, doesn’t fit properly at all. I reached out to their customer service requesting to return their items and a full refund. Another surprise here - they only allowing refund as a store credit! Why would I need a store credit if I’ll never ever going to purchase anything from this bs website?!!! I’m disputing this charge since I returned the items and never got my money back to the original method of payment and I’m thinking to report them to the BBB for selling knock offs from a well known brand. I would hate others to deal with such dishonesty!

Ordered a vest, from their site, it's quality is not as of the picture shown, is very cheaply made, and over priced, would not recommend buying anything from this site!!

I have never actually written a bad review, but in this case I felt it was necessary. The clothes were beautiful but customer service is non-existent. I contacted them numerous times after sending back boots that were incorrectly sized. Mia Bell had approved an exchange for these boots but almost 2 months later we had not received the boots. The boots were to small, due to their size charts being incorrect, They never returned my calls and instead of an exchange they made me have to do another order: where I had to pay more for the boots then I had originally paid and then also pay shipping for them to be shipped back to me. They would not help me in any way. I have never dealt with a more incompetent, unprofessional, rude, company in my life. I do not understand how they can stay in business with such irresponsible practices. They actually sent me an email saying "So sorry, but we are unwilling to help". REALLY. I had to pay $20.00 to ship back a pair of boots that did not fit because their size charts are incorrect and then I had to pay more for the boots than originally paid and return shipping to get the boots shipped to me because they refused to do the exchange that they offered to me!!!! I will NEVER by from Mia Bella again!!!!

Items never arrived and the company will not refund my money.

I ordered Reindeer dress. It just came and it is extremely thin cheap pajama material. The pink sweater is so cheap that you could see your hand thru it and so flowered pin. I ordered a Christmas tunic and tights which has not arrived. I am sure it will be horrible as well

HORRIBLE. No customer service. You can only email and hope to receive an answer. Quality is super cheap china but the prices are not. My daughters costumer took two months to arrive. I got it day before Halloween but had to buy a back up. This is my second bad experience and last. I gave them a second chance but horrible quality and even worse customer service. The telephone number is just a voice recording. Nobody live to speak too

We were so excited to have our girls dress up as the Sanderson Sisters this year. We ordered the costumes on 9/25, and I was in contact through text with a lady who told me know they would make it by Halloween. Of course the expected delivery date passed (10/23) and I started to check on the status the next day two of the costumes were on the way with tracking and one (Sarah Sanderson) said “preparing for shipment” knowing this can happen I waited a day and then emailed and asked if it would ship soon it’s now 10/24, it took three emails to even get a reply and someone emailed saying “sorry it was oversold” I understand things happen. But they did not inform us of this, I had to constantly email to get anywhere. Now it’s time for Halloween and the emails I received were one-please pick another costume and we will ship it. Well I did that bc one of them I could make work for the situation. Never heard back on that email. The others had nothing to do with my situation. It’s been the most confusing purchase ever!!! And now we are out over $40 bucks (no one has offered a refund or replied back to my request) and we still don’t have a costume for our little girl who wants to match her cousins as planned. And of course being this close to Halloween the stores are bare. If it was oversold they had many opportunities to make it right and did not. I would not recommend buying from this company. I would add all the emails(screenshots) to prove this and will if necessary but wanted to warn others 😡😥😒!!!!!!!!

Just like Allison said in the reviews. I assume we ordered the same exact costume. I ordered my daughters costume September 26th and it didn’t arrive until October 28th in the evening. My daughter was supposed to wear her costume today October 29th (no time to go buy a new one or upgrade the costume) but she had to wear an old costume because not only were we missing a piece, but it was such a provocative look. The Pom poms on the dress were also crooked. We received a last minute email saying that the socks were not sent and we were refunded, we called everyday and left voicemails but we didn’t receive any calls back. I left a comment on their Facebook saying I hoped to receive it in time and it was deleted. It really was such an unprofessional experience. MiaBelle, i hope that you up your customer service skills, because you gave my child hope for a beautiful costume and you completely let her down.
