I ordered a dress and matching hat on 10/3. I kept watch to see when it was going to ship, as I had them scheduled for pictures. on 10/16 I finally emailed them to see if it was going to ship. I was then informed that they oversold the dress, but that the hat was coming. I am beyond frustrated. I had to contact THEM to get a refund for the dress. They knew they oversold the dress, I now have a hat that went into "transit" on 10/13. Had they messaged their customer to let them know that the dress was not going to be sent WITH the matching hat, I would have cancelled the entire order. Now, I am stuck with a $25 hat and no dress. I had to contact THEM to get a refund for a dress they had no intention of sending. This is my second try with them, as I ordered from them for christmas and had a similair experience.

Don’t shop here, I purchased from here ‼️ I ordered 3 items and only received 2. I asked for an update ( it’s been 8 weeks) and after not receiving an update I asked for a refund & guess what I received neither. Buyer beware ‼️

So...I placed an order for the items and although I finally received the items, the sizing of everything is incorrect and inconsistent. I’ve been for over a week contacting customer service to no avail. The chat option worked for a quick minute and sadly, not another response. I’m so frustrated with this “company” that I don’t know what to do. Don’t waste your time or money ordering because all these items apparently come from China. I have no problem with that, but it seems we’re lead to believe the items ship from the USA. Cute stuff but please don’t waste your time or energy on them. Very p*ss poor customer service! Soooo…tell me why, after I let them know I left a negative review, they finally responded! Lol…I still don’t recommend their website for any type of shopping and once this is settled, I’ll never shop with them again. Thumbs down across the board.

I’m really sick to my stomach reading the reviews after the fact because they seemed somewhat trustworthy. Horrible customer service just like the others subscribed and still haven’t received my product. They were responsive the first time and telling me everything comes from overseas, so translation everything comes from China, and that I should expect to receive it in 21 business days? So basically I have to wait a month and it’s already been a month. I said I would just like a partial refund at this point for the items I didn’t receive and they won’t comply and she is so snarky! So freaking rude she had my blood boiling. Super condescending, waiving the policies in my face. I posted my experience with them on social media and I’m about to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They should be put out of business, it’s a scam.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Not only did I never receive my order, I’ve spent the last 3 months trying to get a refund for it. They are so unprofessional and I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. So disappointed with this company.

Do not order from this company! I ordered two dresses for my daughters to wear in my niece's wedding. The order confirmation said the dresses would arrive by the end of February. I made the order at the end of January. One dress arrived several weeks after the order was made, but the size was not indicated so I could not tell which dress it was. I reached out in March about the status of the other dress and was told 18-21 more days. Over a month later, I reached out again and was told 18-21 more days. As this is too late for the wedding, I asked to cancel the order and return the first dress. I was told I could not return the dress because it was too late. I would have returned the first dress sooner if I was given correct information about the status of the 2nd dress. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

WORNING DO NOT BUY HERE!! Very disappointed! Got some Mommy and Me dresses for my daughter and I to dress alike in 2020. Never received 3 of the dresses. Emailed them many times to no avail! The dresses and PJ'S that did arrive fell apart on the time they were worn. Very poor quality! And they aren't cheap! Well they are cheap in Design that's for sure! So frustrating!

Terrible experience. Product arrived falling apart, basically. Had to ask their CS repeatedly about how to resolve the issue. Their products are not uniquely theirs, they're purchased through a third party and sold for more than double.Wouldn't recommend.
