Found these guys yesterday and decided to call. Scheduled a call with John Mason and to my surprise, the CEO, Darren decided to pop on a conference call. These guys are legit, their data is absolutely insane and they spent an hour with me giving me extremely valuable insight. Definitely looking forward to working with these guys. 5/5 stars.

This company is horrible to deal with.! I have never received such a run around from any company than this one! I don't think anyone there wants to sell a trailer they don't know where their trailers are what they have it's awful.

Total waisted of time posting my mobile home for sale, in 3 weeks I had one inquiry When I FINALLY figured out how to contact MHV by email asking how to edit my post, I got a reply telling me how I then log in to find my post GONE No record of my post anywhere is my so called account But they sure did take my money quick. DONT EVEN WAISTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

This is a strange organization. I have been searching for a manufactured home to rent in all of San Diego county for 3 months but it seems MHVillage has some bizarro monopoly and only wants to show places for sale. You can select the rent option but it doesnt actually exist. If you go any other search engine,zillow etc you will get rerouted to MHVillage. Does anyone have insight on this?

I am a paying customer looking for a little service... Unresponsive, Uncaring, "Customer No Service"... That's what I found at MHVillage. You should know, I absolutely love to give positive feedback. It makes me feel good. I really dislike giving this review, but feel you should have this information if your looking to list on MHVillage. Day Number One...my first bout with MHV... I completely understood there was going to be "customer no service"...only a clerk taking my money. My second bout came a year later. "I Have Concerns". Each month my page receives "hundreds of page views" and within a year only 7 likes. An extremely low number compared to everyone else (see for yourself). I feel as though this may be detrimental to the sale of my home on MHVillage. I am concerned..wouldn't you be as well? Long story short...After three (3) strenuous eMails to someone that made my request seem like he was do me a "Huge Favor", he told me about how busy the "Programming Team" for MHVillage was, he went on to tell me, at this time they would make an exception for me "If" I paid an extra $100.00 for a few minutes of there time... How much poor form could one have? I sincerely felt I was communicating with a "really bad" car salesman. I had to contact the owner to inform him how I was treated, I was sure he would want to know. His response was super surprising and, sad :-( Top on the totem poll, the number one man large and in charge, Mr X... told me I was a customer that was unable to be satisfied. (do you believe the president told me that?) Also, Mr. X... informed me "there could be hundreds (100's) of reasons why low likes are happening"...then gave me the silent treatment. (the last someone gave me the silent treatment was in grammar school). Hundreds of reasons...really Mr. X...? ...and no one to take the time to offer me a helping of that "exceptional customer service" MHViIlage brags about so much? No one ever contacted me to explain the top ten, top three, one (1) reason why I was receiving high hits and low likes or... what I may do to reverse the process and improve my low likes. I am most sure everyone can agree..."customer service is trying your "Very Best" to make sure the customer is satisfied". Am I missing something here? Help me folks... did you see where I was treated to MHV exceptional customer service? Important information: I had to track I tracked down El Presidente, Mr. X... I found it strange his name and contact info "is not" on the MHVillage site since he owns it. Now I know why. Please Be Aware! Thank you for reading - P. C. I have a lovely home listed on MHV, reasonable price ($25,900), white glove super clean, many upgrades, excellent condition and location. (sorry folks, not allowed to give you any names in this review)
