I have been a customer of MGM online for about 2 years, visiting nearly daily. They have a constant promk for referring people to the site. I had a friend over, talked MGM up and they signed up under my name. I watched this process take place. We followed all the states rules. However after depositing and play through was completed, I did not recieve the promised bonus. I contacted customer support (there is evidently no phone support for my state) and was told via chat that the friend would have to contact support to inquire. He contacted support and was told that I should contact them to inquire. When I reached back out they simply said I was not eligible and closed that chat while I was still texting with them. This is unacceptable behavior for such a reputable company. I would absolutely not make any references expecting them to fulfill their bonus pledges. It makes me seriously question their integrity all around.

The worst site iv used, don’t get sucked into the sign up 300 spin offer they genuinely will take and take and take and if a game does pay ye something its like 10% of your deposit and wont build onto it just let it run away down to next to nothing again then back to about 10% of what you’ve sank into it. *MGM Grand Detroit Central Market* No stars if I could go that low. The hours of operation are not correct. The night staff is extremely rude. We arrived 20 mins prior to closing, we were let in to order, we ordered food and then our order was canceled. This has happened several times. Truly disappointed in the lack of customer service. The managers on duty could only talk in circles and the unpleasant women who canceled our order could only say..I'm not dealing with this. Sadly nothing is going to change because they can get away with it, but people should know what to expect.
