Good evening April, We do apologize for the issue with the shipping. As noted in our response to you from your original inquiry, our fulfillment team accidentally chose FedEX for the carrier on your order. When that package was placed in the mail room, it was never picked up because we do not have scheduled pickups with FedEX and they do not go in the building's mail room for package shipments. Sadly, it sat there for that entire time, and after it was brought to our attention and after some little investigation, I did find the package and brought it to a FedEX location myself and shipped it quickly. I do see tracking shows it was delivered back in August. If there is anything you would like from our team or product line, please reach out as we have put a credit on your account for your original order value for this terrible mistake. We look forward to your future business and continued patronage.

Good morning Joel! We received a notification that a review was made and we were very surprised it was a 1 star review! I took a look at your order and saw it was placed in the evening of November 17. During checkout, we advertise a 3-5 business day lead time before an item ships...we would love to ship as fast as Amazon, however, we are a small family-owned business nowhere near the size of them. Your order was packed and a label created within this timeframe, and tracking shows that the carrier has your package in the same town as the main distribution hub of northern NJ. Please note, we advertise 3-5 business days, and those refer to working weekdays of Monday - Friday. Sometimes customers confuse weekend days in this timeframe. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you in the meantime!

As always, we stride to ensure all aspects of orders are handled professionally and timely. We did an entire sweep of all customer orders or email tickets, and this name did not populate. Trustpilot also reached out asking for verification of this review and this person did not reply. We therefore cannot guarantee the validity of this review.

If this is the Jason we are familiar with, he has not purchased from us but is involved in a Facebook group that is known for bashing our company. Trustpilot also reached out asking for verification of this review and this person did not reply. We therefore cannot guarantee the validity of this review.

We are very sorry to see you had an unpleasant experience. I took a look at your order and could not find any email sent to us or our ticket system. We apologize for any errors in miscommunication. When you placed your order on April 22, there was a notification at checkout saying that it was to take 3 weeks before that order would ship from the production schedule. since we were unable to meet your timeframe for receiving the order, we immediately refunded you when it was brought to our attention a chargeback was opened on May 18, just a few days beyond our advertised lead time. Again, our apologies for this oversight and we look forward to your future patronage if we have earned it.

Good afternoon Eric. Our technical department was finally able to get a hold of you and after the discussion over the phone, it was found that the kit that you had ordered was with heavy duty springs, and was the wrong kit for your Jeep. After we discussed sending you out the correct springs that should have been ordered at no charge, we never received the incorrectly ordered springs back. Hopefully everything is right with the Jeep now. Please let us know when we should expect those heavy duty springs back. TY
