Omg these people are incredible. From the stores to the online ordering. When they were still open at the retail level they were consistently kind and helpful and now during this quarantine when many businesses and even our bank won’t answer the phone they are staffed with online chat and even through this virtual mode their compassion and value of customer service shines through. They went above and beyond for me when an order went to our PO Box instead of our home. With a daughter who is immune suppressed we are not easily able to go and stand in line asking if a package came in to us at the box. They sent my order again to my home and I promised to return the other ASAP when we finally are safe to venture out. Hopefully soon but in the meantime we will have soft, cozy loungewear and a new hope of American business integrity to see us through. I even think I read that they were committing part of their operations to see masks for first responders. Amazing and we will never forget. Thank you MeUndies for being good and being kind and being what we can all strive for because in the end we are in this together.

MeUndies has been my go-to underwear for a few years now, it's fantastic to receive however many pair of boxers I need right to my mailbox. The packaging is always something I look forward to seeing and opening because there's a new theme(s) every month and they keep new designs available for a few months in case you miss the limited edition the first time around. I can't speak to the customer service as I haven't chatted with them at all, since their site was readily equipped to exchange the sizes if I got the wrong size and it wasn't too difficult to do so. Pretty straight forward process to send the undies back with a note inside asking which size you want to exchange them with. I have a feeling the struggle between styles might be where the line gets fuzzy with people since they might cost more or less and refunds need to be sent out within a certain period of time. I love this service and they give you the option to skip a month and come back, I've done this for 4-5 months consecutively but usually end up coming back for a specific design. The key is to check in on the emails the first or last of the month before you get charged. From my experience this is what I've learned. Hope that helps!

Y'all I have way too many pairs of underwear, yet I don't see this stopping for me any time soon. I even bought my boyfriend matching underwear for Christmas because he keeps complaining about his underwear, so I'm really excited for that. The thing that has definitely kept me around though, aside from the super soft, adorable printed underwear, is the AMAZING customer service. In the less than a year that I have been a member, I believe I have received THREE free pairs of underwear from minor mishaps on MeUndies part. Things that really weren't even a big deal, but they wanted to make sure that I stuck around and was happy - and both happened. :)

The first time I tried to order product from the website I was having some issues. Chatted with an agent and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The agent truly seemed happy to help and made me feel good about doing business with them. After the chat session I got an invite to do a survey on the agent. At the bottom of the survey it asked if you had a chance to reward the agent, how would you do it. Coffee, Lunch or a Gift Card. I rewarded my agent with a gift card. Not to mention I love the underwear. I just bought 10 more pairs in a mystery pack for Black Friday and saved over 60%.

I started buying meundies a little over a year ago. I use the monthly subscription. I love that they support my favorite podcasts, such as sugar pine 7 and I refuse to wear any other underwear. I have almost completely replaced all of my underwear with me undies.

Really great underwear. My wife bought me a pair recently and I liked them so much that I became a member. They send me a new pair every month on a subscription basis. Can't say enough about the quality of the boxers!

This company is truly outstanding in their customer service and their product selection and quality. They have a great product line which also features different themes, supports various causes and utilizes the work of new artists for design to inspire new product offerings of all kinds. Although MeUndies started out featuring just underwear for men and women, their popularity spawned new product line extensions to include loungewear, sleepwear (like adult onesies!), socks and t-shirts. If I ever had an issue with an order, which was rare, their handling of the issue was extremely customer focused and often cost me nothing to rectify the situation. I highly recommend their products and their subscription service can provide considerable savings if you are reconsidering "updating" your underwear drawer! Be sure and check them out.
