I was a subscriber until they decide to sell Harry Potter garbage. The undies are also mid at best and fall apart after a few weeks.

I am really mad about your harry potter partnership. JK rowling is actively trying to cause death to a subset of the population that you as a company support. Disgusting behavior. MeUndies claims to be supportive of the LGBTQ community and I have been a loyal customer since before the pandemic, but not amymore.

Horrible customer service horrible shipping. Click 3 to 5 day shipping. Ordered on a Saturday no big deal should be shipped out Monday.. no it takes 10 business days to process bla bla bla cant call the company they have a bunch of automated bs. 11 days to get a package shipped????

Their products may be affordable, but they are made for the younger body. They run small. ALSO, once you order once, and even if you return the items due to ill-fitting, you suddenly get a subscription to monthly products! Twice I have received notification of an order is on its way, when I never placed one. I have contacted them the first time to stop and they still send me notifications. Poor business practices.

I signed up for a subscription, got my first bra. It's OK, but BARELY fits. I tried to update my subscription to receive the next size up and was unable to edit the size, only the color. I thought maybe I could cancel the subscription and start a new one, but no, there is literally no way to cancel my subscription myself. I reached out to customer support, got an auto response saying they got my ticket and would get help. Instead of that happening, I heard crickets. I went into my email today to click on the ticket and it said it had been closed. No response, no resolution. I opened a new ticket. Let's see what happens. For now, 1 star for customer service. The bra is fine. Not comfortable because it's a bra and I'm convinced there's no such thing as a comfortable bra.

I wish I could rate one star. Their shipping times are hidden under many layers of menus and searching, and they don't even manage to make those times. When my package was listed as lost by the shipper, after it was already late, I was told they would monitor the situation and refund or reship eventually. They made me miss my cute undies for my anniversary.

I ordered a set for my wife on Aug 30th and today is sept 13th and I still have not received them. It says item should arrive on the 15th. It shouldn't take 16days to get an item especially since the shipping label was made 4.5hrs away from my house.

Withinn3 hrs the boxers are already riding up and scrunched up against my legs and are super tight even tho I sized up. You pay damn near 30 bucks for items that are only worth 5. What a bullshit company
