Horrible company

I was charged $80 for 16 minutes of parking. It said there that $66 for event parking it was a Wednesday nothing going on, end of lunch hour. I did not think I would be charged $80 on a work day with nothing going on for 16 minutes. Do not EVER park here In Houston on Congress and Austin near the courthouse.

Predatory charging practices. Share a vehicle with my husband. When I drive in and use validation. He is stilled charged on his account. After chat removed license plat from his account. They just sent him a parking notice with additional fees. We have a battle with metropolis everytime I grocery shop in the city

My employer has an agreement with Metropolis that allows us to park in their lot as long as we scan a QR code each day. I worked 5 minutes past a 12 hour shift and they refused to validate the discount and charged me 60 dollars. When I called their customer service, I got stonewalled and the agent refused to refund the charge, despite my history of parking in their lot every single day. I asked to speak with a manager and they just kept repeating themselves -- it was basically like talking to an AI. Also -- two weeks ago they randomly charged my card for a "parking pass" that I never purchased. When I called to request the refund, I was again stonewalled. This company trains their employees to block any and all requests for refund. You have to fight them tooth and nail to get your money back or threaten a chargeback from the credit card company.

Terrible parking. Overcharged me for 1 hour and 17 minutes of parking. Of course, you don’t know that until after you exit! This is a bit of a scam. Additionally, 2 vehicles ahead of us held up the line for almost 15 minutes because they had not registered to pay on entry and, of course, told the gate agent at exit that they could not pay. Right. The gate agent allowed them to exit without paying. Partially explains the exorbitant cost of parking with Metropolis…you’re paying for all the people who scam the system! I’m surprised that the city of Nashville allows Metropolis to operate.

Wost experience ever i was there for 25 min had no idea hiw to pay for parking no instructions , parking signs or attendents today i recieve a letter with a bill that was so excessive charging me $54.50 as a note fee plus $24.81 as a parking fee again total rip off & a scam i will file a complaint with city of Orlando & BBB

I wish I can give 0. They use Hindos and Indian call centers hard to understand stand. They don’t show rates when signing in. Only when you leave. The app sucks. They state “they have the right to change prices anytime “ total BS.The hell this company and its app. Don’t go in there. The place has no attendant but the operate says go talk to an attendant

Sadly, Zero Stars is Not an Option. this Company Charges 55 Dollars for a fee i CANT EVEN PAY, because they want stupid zip-code i dont have. How are pepole from other Countries supposed to pay when Most don’t know what a Zip-code is, let alone know where to find it? This is robbery.
