I would not even give one. This app is a scam. Parked the Car in nyc with hotel arrangement for overnight. it is like 7:30 am in the morning. Went there five minutes before the pick up time. Did not know the checkout was thru the app. waiting to pick up my car and during wait the time turned to 7:31 and the app put in the whole new day to parking. Like right there, while waiting $65 dollars more. The attendant is clueless and he can not update the charge. He knows that i am there on time. Took me 5 calls and endless hrs to get my money back. Still could not and got reimbursed by AMEX. This app is a SCAM!

I parked at Church St in Tucson for a theater event in Feb 2026 - tried to pay via the machine, even used 2 diff cards. I gave up, had no idea if I paid multiple times or not at all. It was dark, rainy, unattended and I had a wheelchair companion. Heard, via mail, I owe almost $60 and sent to collections. Saying I got 2 notices, which I did not. Asked to see them and they don't have them

This service is a scam. Their system constantly over-charges for visits because their cameras don't pick up plates clearly. Even when validating with a store, etc, they will overcharge. Their app/website will be down for a day or two but you can bet your bottom dollar they will still over-charge you. This has happened multiple times and each time their "customer support" is completely unhelpful. You can tell they've been ordered not to allow refunds. You have to go back-and-forth for an hour just to get a refund. Then a week or two later, repeat the whole process. This business needs to be flagged as predatory and flat-out criminal.

I was charged for parking that I didn't do! I had used the website to pay for parking in Las Vegas with a rental car, and set the car to expire the day I return it. But after I returned it, I got a text later that day for another parking charge. Someone else had picked up the car, and was able to use my creidt card, phone number, and account just because they had the same license plate! That is terrifying security! It didn't ask then for any form of verification. Immediately requested a refund, deleted all my information, and disabled my account.

100 percent a scam! I put all my info into their website only for them to charge me $75 when it was supposed to be $20. Parking is simple, you pay then you park. This seamless auto pay BS is a total scam. Never park with them.

I am from Italy. We visited Miami downtown for few hours and decided to enter Metropolis parking. On our way out, we tried to pay on the website but the only way to do so was with a text message. We gave our foreign number but never received the SMS. Also calling the customer service was impossible with a non-American number. After getting stuck for half an hour at the exit, someone was finally able to get me in contact with the customer service, who told me they’re gonna send the bill. We heard nothing until a month later, when we got a 100$ violation notification from the rental company. I consider this a lack of respect for people visiting the US and already bringing there the money from abroad. They could have just sent us the bill and that’s it. Please don’t come to Metropolis Parking if you are a foreigner, they don’t deserve our money!

I was a patient at a large hospital and parked in the garage where I have parked many times before. I saw no signage indicating app was only option to pay. Checked in to hospital but didn't know my plate to get parking validated. When I left hospital through gate, I attempted to pay via credit card. Gate came up and i left. 4 weeks later I get a 36.50 bill for 1 hour of parking.

They keep charging (3x) my CC and then reversing it. I was forced to use chat to communicate with them to get the issue resolved. At the end, I asked for a copy of the chat....they told me it was not possible. For God's sake, they're a technology company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!
