Pins turned out Cute and for a Good Price
While the pins were cute and the price was great, there were two things I specifically asked about that didn't meet our expectations. 1st, for our competition, we have to have the convention years on our pin. Our 2024-2025 were in a bubble and I asked several times if they would be able to be seen clearly. I was assured they would. When we got the pin, it was very hard to read the dates (so hard in fact that on our competition sheet we literally wrote on there with an arrow where the years could be found so it wouldn't be missed.) I had also asked that the two holders in the back be placed vertically (since we wear our pins on lanyards and this would help). They came in mostly horizontal or at an angle, which doesn't help when trying to put pins on a lanyard. Now, the customer service when creating the pins was excellent and they got back to us quickly. These are just some minor issues I would have not had to have.
