They are Masters of harasment ! If u have an older vehicle of which u cannot leave the power on continuously to the metromile transponder then they text ( lost signal) repeatedly until u get a chance to drive the vehicle again or get a chance to again turn the ignition switch on. If u own cars that are stored the signal power needs to be left on or they won’t trust u and jack ur monthly rate!- this is unacceptable n a crock!. Their rates have now gone up ( almost comparable to other competitor Ins company’s. They are being bought out by lemonade!
