Good Eggs
Look, I'll be honest, these guys were the place across the street from me until the sheriff was DIsCrespectful . They remain constantly friendly, reliable, and just GOOD. They're a wonderful group. If you need trees in Manhattan this is your shop.

Poor customer service
No update on the status of my order... over 2 hours and still haven't received my order or even an update

We replied to you via email and phone. Your order status was updated numerous times. We have timestamps for all contact and updates with immediate response times. Your order was below the minimum, it’s a $15 order over one hour away. We told you it would be placed in order pool. Your response time to emails was 1 hour. We are sorry you are upset but we go above and beyond to serve our customers.

I was browsing around and I came across this place.. I wasn’t skeptical, but I did call just to inquire about some questions that I had… I spoke with CJ she is dope‼️💯 every question that I had about the products that I was looking to purchase, she explained… and she did not disappoint🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 was my experience! Thank you, Metro bud and shout out to CJ and AJ 🙏🏽 oh and I forgot to mention the packaging was on point. I felt like I was receiving Christmas gifts.😂💙 Much Love …Millie 🫶🏼

well i saw a promotion on metrobud
well i saw a promotion on metrobud. they got new. inventory today and there was a deal buy5 carts get 1 free and i didnt get a free one added and couldn't seee a way to do it. thanks

Our dispatch number is 646-644-4123 the best way to have mistakes fixed is to reach out first please, we are only human. We reached out to try and fix the issue but we are not able to get in touch. To get the free cart you need to add it to your shopping cart manually. Please email, call or text us and we can easily fix this discrepancy.
