I have been a professional driver for a long time, but I have never encountered a more dishonest and pathetic company than Metrobi. If you are thinking about driving for them, STOP right now unless you want to work for free and be harassed. Here is why you should stay far away: Wage Theft: They flat-out refuse to pay the money I earned. I completed my runs, followed every instruction, and now they are ghosting me when it comes to my payments. They are literally stealing from hard-working drivers. Constant Load Cancellations: They assign you loads, you prep your vehicle and schedule, and then they cancel at the last second with zero compensation. They have zero respect for our time or fuel costs. Harassment: Their dispatch/support team is a nightmare. They call and harass you constantly with ridiculous demands, but the moment you ask about your missing pay, they either hang up or give you the runaround. Total Lack of Ethics: They treat drivers like dirt. It is a disorganized, exploitative, and borderline criminal operation. I am currently filing formal complaints and seeking legal action to get my unpaid wages. Do not trust Metrobi. They are predatory 'scumbags' who thrive on exploiting independent drivers. You’ve been warned—find a legitimate company that actually pays its workers.

They suck Stay away from them They will harass you and call you while driving repeatedly They will never answer when you call But they demand for you to answer the phone Then give smart remarks And suspend your account without any warning system or organization The app is glitchy and they’re very rude Stick to roadie

They don't care about or respect drivers who own their own cars, tolls, and more, and they don't respect your job or your opinion. They also take your money without a clear explanation; it's a disaster. Furthermore, you only get paid every 8 days as if we were so behind that you have to store my money, even though I need it every day. Nothing is certain, no benefits are guaranteed, just work for me responsibly for the minimum wage.

They have a dispatcher named Gustvavo who took me off two jobs for no valid reason. I had gone to two different runs and when I arrived at their kitchens they said "Oh another driver already picked this up" I had a 29 mile drive on one.
