I have tried reaching out to representative but to no avail I ordered one pair of shoes order #42582 which were to short & I wanted to make an exchange No responds / poor business

The shoes from this company are good. however the customer service is horrible. It is virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone and a response via email takes a very long time. I experienced receiving the wrong shoe three times and and it is a nightmare trying to get it resolved.. I had to pay shipping with reach return and received the wrong size shoe AGAIN AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER RETURN FEE TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED. I will never order from this company again..

I’m very disappointed with this company. I ordered 2 pair of shoes . A loafer in a size 8 and a boot in an 8.5. The boot came in the wrong size so I exchanged it for an 8.5 and then I received the second pair in the wrong size. I have sent them back and waiting for the correct size. I have tried to reach out to customer service phone number and no one answers . This is so unacceptable.

I am in the middle of a delivery issue with UPS. Me Too Shoes DID NOT tell me they would not ship to a PO Box. Now, UPS is holding my shoes. Hopefully, UPS will be able to turn this around and I will finally get my shoes.....VERY DISAPPOINTED with the entire order! Me Too got their money up front and now I am waiting on my order..........very unfair and unprofessional.........would not give even one star to this order....................

Not responding to my many requests to return shoes that are missized. DO they not accept returns??? Noticed I am not the only one with this issue.

No response to my multiple queries on how to return shoes that are too large and RECEIVE a refund for my purchases.

I’m still waiting for my shoes They are in Jacksonville for days with no updates

Shoes were huge in the toe area. Didn't seem.like a normal shoe
