About 60.000 USD worth of tokens stuck in liquidity pools due to MetaMask glitch On the morning of 30 April I was browsing the internet when I inadvertently deleted my MetaMask extension from the Firefox browser menu. Later that day, I tried to get back on my MetaMask account, just to find out I had to reinstall it. After putting in my 12 seed phrase, I realised that the Account Address was no longer the same, and so my tokens didn't show up any longer. I immediately sent an email to the technical support and received an automated reply that said the team will contact me in at most 7 days, due to high number of enquiries. To make sure, I left two subsequent requests the next day and two days after. Today it is 10 May and I'm still to hear back from them. In the meantime, I tried a million things. I also went on the MetaMask community site and found out I wasn't the only one in this position. What's worse, I have about 60.000 USD worth of tokens placed in several liquidity pools and can't access them any longer. Imagine if I accrued impermanent loss on any of these pools, without being able to do anything about it... Thank goodness I have other means of subsistence while waiting for some kind of conclusion to this, but what if I didn't ?? Some of these posts date back to 2019. How is it possible to still have this issue 2 years later with a platform that deems itself to be the best hot wallet out there ? Attached you will find print screens to prove of all the above. As a business owner, I've been dealing for years with other platforms such as PayPal, Transferwise or Revolut and MetaMask could learn a thing or two from them.

Too many bugs, too many steps involved, and exorbitant fees for less than ideal service.

Customer service is terrible, do not use metamask. They will not help with issues raised

I lost my best friend two days ago because of this cheaters i had custom coins that i was getting my earnings and i had a good ammount to turn them back to real money by giving these tokens and take my earnings because it was the only place i could find the last ammount covering the gap of the need to operate my friend so i see that for sending the tokens i needed some gas fees to pay. They seemed little money so i added the ammount. I go again to start the sending proccess and into seconds thefees were in the sky increased 5 times more. Then i went to advanced type to fix and regulate the fees but again it was saying some nonsens and was failing. In the end it shows me that accepted and confirmed the transaction but etherscan says that failed due to imsufficient fees. These cheaters are full crap. I would have my friend alive now. Shut down the site they are thieves of money.

Mi experiencia es bastante mala con esta app, tanto para móvil como para extensión de Chrome. repleta de bugs no funciona bien algunos botones, muchos problemas para intercambiar tu dinero. hay que añadir alguna red manualmente y en el móvil no se pueden añadir configuraciones manuales. las tasas son elevadísimas por todo! de 50€ que ingresas y cuando quieres enviártelo de nuevo te quedan 30€ y todo tasas por swap.

Opened up a metamask wallet account on Saturday and had money continually taken out - every time I put money in it gets taken out within a few minutes - took me a while to realise what the hell was going on. I looked at the contract where the money was going to and it's set up to take 2k! I've now deleted app on phone and won't be using metmask again - grateful that I only had 80 pounds taken and not hundreds.... upsetting!!!

BEWARE SCAM !!!Used this platform to transfer ETH in order to buy small cap coins, I sent for 1520 $ worth of ETH and it never arrived, the money just vanished and nobody is assisting me let alone giving me my coins back. Terrible customer support. Do not use this platform unless you want to loose your money. They tried to tell me it was the outsourced wyre service responsible for the mistake although it was a transfer from wallet to wallet and so therefore not involving the wyre service at all. So if anyone knows how to get through to these people please let me know so i can get my money back !!!!
