This company has a terrible user interface and they try to force you to buy more crypto to get your money out of their wallet. It was such a mistake to ever use this wallet. I only did it from hearing about it years ago. Awful company and no don't ever use their "wallet."

I have NO IDEA what has happened to this company! When I started in Crypto 4 years ago, Metamask was an absolute joy to use and learn from. Now, the wallet never opens unless I restart the extension, or takes an absolute age to open. Plus when I am switching between networks it defaults to 'popular networks' rather than just show me the assets for the blockchain that I am using! For me the developers have killed this wallet off and I am using another one from now on! *** UPDATE *** I know that I can switch from 'popular networks' to 'local networks' but you are not listening to what I am saying! The wallet DEFAULTS to 'popular networks' when I don't want it to! Why should I manually have to switch to 'local networks' everytime I switch between blockchains??? Also, the customer support at Metamask are all based in India and as such can't understand proper English! They all read from the same basic 'troubleshooting script'. The guy got me to clear the local cache and cookies which wiped out my local log ins on the computer, and deleted 6 months worth of chat history from Facebook (as encrypted messages are stored locally on the Chrome browser for Facebook)! The real issue is that Metamask is so unstable that it clashes with other wallet extensions! I mean just look at all these negative reviews for Metamask on Trustpilot (1.5 out of 5) we can't all be wrong can we??? I'm not using Metamask anymore, you have ruined it! *** 2nd Update *** My main problem with Metamask is that I know that it was clashing with Okx wallet extension specifically. Once the clash happened it was Okx wallet that continued to work just fine... but Metamask? Well, that would NOT interact with ANY other site thereafter! So I knew Metamask was the problematic one! The only way to get it to connect again was to delete 24 hours of worth of Chrome cache/cookies (as per your 'supports' advice) but the minute I did so the live support chatbox collapsed (as it would due to cookie connection being immediately severed). Your support should have anticipated this severance of connection to the chatbox, but he never bothered to reinitiate it. What really annoies me though is that your supports 'advice' caused me to lose 6 months worth of cached encrypted Facebook messages and they are gone FOREVER! I would NEVER normally wipe the Chrome cache/cookies under normal circunstances (as there should never be a reason to do so for any period over an hour)! I should definitely NEVER have to do that for any wallet extension to work in any case. Metamask USED to work side by side with other wallet extensions just fine for years! Now, it clashes! I've been in Crypto for years and would not complain on here about a scam or falling for one (that would be my own fault, not yours). While many on here complain about falling victim to one, there are just as many complaining about how 'buggy' and 'slow' Metamask has become (so its not 'just me'). Apart from all this There was also a problem with Solana in Metamask (not on 'Jupitor', but defintely on 'dextools'). Metamask is also incredibly slow in starting up (especially if I haven't logged into the PC in a while). The only way to get it to open is to shut the extension off then on again! I just want a reliable fast wallet that I can use in conjunction with other extension wallets. One that [while can operate multiple blockchains] still SEPERATES different blockchain assets apart (not mixing them all up).

Ähnlich wie bei vielen anderen Leidensgenossen auch,ist es offensichtlich sehr schwer an das Geld zu bekommen, was man verdient hat– es werden Gründe vorgeschoben – europäisches Bankensicherheits-Gesetz und Kontrolle vor Geldwäsche, was mir in der Tat alles sehr wichtig ist - ich warte jedoch nach wie vor auf meine Auszahlung – transparent ist all das, was bei MetaMask passiert nicht – um eine Auszahlung zu bekommen, muss man erst einzahlen und wenn man die erste übersprungen hat, wird die nächste Hürde unangekündigt aufgestellt und um weitere Zahlung gebeten und so weiter und so weiter. Ich warte nun schon geraume Zeit auf mein Geld – sollte die Auszahlung bald erfolgen, werde ich vielleicht noch ein Stern hinzufügen, aber aufgrund meiner bisherigen Erfahrung kann ich keinem zur Zusammenarbeit raten – da kann man besser mit Banken arbeiten.

Vorsicht!!!! Am 23.Mai kam die letzte Info ,dass alles transparent und zügig bearbeitet wird . Am Dienstag teilte mir die Beraterin mit , dass sie die Zusicherung hat ,dass ausstehende Überweisungen bis zum Wochenende freigegeben werden. Ich werde sicher Sterne ergänzen , wenn doch noch Geld überwiesen wird😏 Es passiert nichts . Nie wieder !!!!!

The so-called operators who manage the platform are absolutely not owners of the structure or the organization and do not monitor the interference of third-party users who act with their name and image. Los llamados operadores que gestionan la plataforma no son en absoluto propietarios de la estructura ni de la organización y no controlan la interferencia de terceros usuarios que actúan con su nombre e imagen. Les soi-disant opérateurs qui gèrent la plateforme ne sont absolument pas propriétaires de la structure ou de l'organisation et ne surveillent pas l'interférence des utilisateurs tiers qui agissent avec leur nom et leur image.

First off I'm an experienced crypto practitioner, I've used metamask for years on end because that was the #1 option at the time... As other wallets were developed I continue to use metamask out of habit and familiarity. But here's the truth, finally being honest with myself= metamask wallet is super slow and super glitchy, it will bog down or glitch during a critical and important transaction. You cannot use Solana you cannot use Bitcoin or dogecoin, or xrp... Honestly it is for ethereum. Yes you can add other networks like polygon and avalanche etc, but if you are in crypto and want to use multiple block chains and you want to have support and you want a fluid navigable app then look at other hot wallets and stay away from metamask. I'm using Trustwallet now and I am amazed more and more every day at how good this app is. Stay away from Best Wallet as well there's some criminal s*** going on inside and around that wallet/company. P.S. are you metamask die-hards in here talking like you're so wise and experienced and the reason people don't like metamask is because they're not wise and not experienced, well, I believe you're the one that needs to open your mind and expand your opportunities a little more. Don't be scared homie there are other wallets that are better then metamask, you can do it.

Buenos dias! Hace un tiempo realize una inversion. Del qual los beneficios de esta fueron enviados a la aplicacion Metamask. Cuando se tuvieron que enviar a la cuenta pertinente de recibimiento. Nunca llegaron. Son unos ladrones i. Estafadores. Te aporto el numero de Factura 776339951 para que lo puedas comprobar tu mismo. 37000€ se envolsaron sin remordimiento ninguno. Ya que e hecho las investigaciones pertinentes y el dinero se Perdio cuando entro en METAMASK.
