metamask is een handige app maar client service is 0,0000. Na 19 dagen en 3 reminders, nog steeds geen antwoord. Dus maak geen fouten met metamask anders heb je een groot probleem.

Okay so WOW! Just WOW!!!!! I dont know what to think now. Recently I have anxiously been waiting forever for my Ledger Nano X to get here as they are on BACKORDER!!! So as I wait I feel quite safe as I read on Metamask AS LONG AS I DONT SHARE MY 12 LETTER SEED PHRASE I HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT! Well guess what everyone? That is complete B S!!!! I log onto my account and its been drained!!! It took me forever to build up the thousands of USD that were on that account!!!! MERRY F IN CHRISTMAS FROM METAMASK YOU JERKS!! I am 44 years old on full disability! That money was something I truly needed! I was so damn careful and the seed phrase is in a folded piece of paper and it has never come out of its hiding place!!! So all you people out there thinking they are safe because their phrase is well hidden it dont matter they can still get you. This incident has caused me to have sharp pains in my left side no B.S. I was even careful with the sites I went to! The only channel I really trust on Youtube for advice is the Vosk Channel he seems to be pretty honest. That money that I lost was money that I had been needing so I can try and get my ass off disability and start out my own business. Another issue in my life that got me on disability was my stupid drunken girlfriend yanking on my steering wheel while doing 90MPH! I lost all my upper teeth, skin hanging from lower face, perforated bowels, shoulder torn open, broke 6 or more ribs, it was bad. She got barely a scratch. I wake up every morning in horrible pain. Anyways I have a thing for building water cooled computers so my goal was to start my own business designing, machining and selling the custom parts. I already secured a few domain names so I planned on using money to put towards a 3d printer, 3d router, and a 3d scanner. I am not one to just give up so I will wait for my Ledger to get here and go from there. Metamask I Fin Hate you more than words can Explain!!! Thanks for f in my life over! Merry Christmas!

I have been trying to get in touch with Metamask Support. I have submitted a support ticket 3 weeks ago however have not received a response. I transferred ETH from Coinspot to Metamask and it has not come through. Does anyone have any advice or know how I can get a response from Metamask? TIA!

You are on your own with this one. Easy to buy tokens/coins etc, near impossible to swap them. No matter what slippage you use, the service is always unavailable it would seem. 20 days ago I received two transactions on my account, both visible, however funds only for one were debited into my metamask, no support for this has been provided at all. I have written 6-7-8 times and received one generic answer to their troubleshooting page, so no help there.

Potessi dare 0 stelle lo farei, NON USATE metamask, ha una protezione schifosa, vieni subito derubato come niente fosse, NON USATE STO CESSO DI SITO, in più non ti aiutano nemmeno a recuperare i fondi. SCONSIGLIATO AL MASSIMO.

It's impossible to contact any customer support. Can't find email address anywhere, spent 6 hours in chat waiting for support to answer. Made a ticket but have not heard from them, and that was 8 days ago. Feels like a big scam right now...
