Sub standard
Gave one star simply because i had to. No 2FA and the support team are non existent. You get standard answers to every query. Token balances are inaccurate and wild to different from the real figure on a regular basis. Apparently has 20 million users. Stick to Crypto.com, Trust and Coinbase wallets.

If someone is able to unlock your device, and your Metamask, they're probably already holding your 2FA in their hand. It's a false sense of security that can't adequately protect blockchain accounts: https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415327052443-When-Two-Factor-Authentication- We recommend using a hardware wallet as an additional layer of security.

Metamask is not safe
I've been using metamask for quiet a while now. Been using it with my hardware wallet connected to it with no issues. I hold most of crypto on that cold wallet account, but something happened to me yesteday which made me worried. I tried to send small amount of avax between my cold wallet metamask account to my hot wallet account, as soon as the funds landed, it instantly got wiped to 0 and got sent to a different address. I tracked the address on snowtrace and it was indeed someone's address. Most of my crypto is safe on my cold wallet account, but how did this happen to my hot wallet account????? I never click anything. I have most of the sites i visit bookmarked, and all of them are legit. I never visit fishy websites. I have my DMs closed on discord, so I never receive any dms from scammers. I have my seedphrase off the internet. All of these things, and still gets hacked. Someone was able to do something with my wallet, where whenever I send or deposit funds into that accout, boom gone. I really can't find any explanation for that, and no one is able to help. Metamask support is useless.

Their customer support ignored me every time.
I wanted todo some operation with crypto that requires Metamask. So I did 2 tiny transactions (5 and 4 dollars worth of ethereum) from my coinbase account to metamask, following step by step instructions. The amounts were immediately visible when I clicked on "view on etherscan", however the metamask balance remained zero even if I was on the right (and only) account. I contacted customer support more than once but they ignored me completely. Their customer support is simply non existent. They can still email me if they want. The original request number is #624850

The reply email must have gotten picked up by a spam filter. We were in the middle of a support system upgrade at that time. We're really sorry about that. The orange text from your screenshot means Metamask wasn't synced with the network. You can force it to update by closing and reopening the app, or tapping the network name and switching to a different blockchain, then back to Ethereum mainnet. Just losing money
Just losing money. They just take and take. I keep losing crypto because of an error... down 0.8 eth because of errors...

Metamask's legal theft of your money
Metamask has a way of stealing your money with no accountability. The fee's are excessive and the support is non-existent. I would steer clear of this wallet as their are SO many better options out there.

Do not waist your time dealing with…
Do not waist your time dealing with these individuals. You will only loos your money and they will make it look like you were responsible for loosing your money. Only to get more money from you. They are manipulating people to exploit them. There in no proof of any trading platform to profit from. Keep away as far as possible.
