Poor customer service. Avoid at all cost!!
Never signed up to an account yet kept getting emails relating to a restriction on my account. Contacted through twitter to ask about this to get the most basic replies. Not even fully written message. Told them I want to formally submit a subject Access Request for what information they have relating to my email to be told they can not do that... I have emailed in the request yet highly doubt I'll hear anything...

Transaktionsgebühren werden durch die Netzwerknachfrage bestimmt. MetaMask sammelt sie nicht. Wir arbeiten an einer benutzerdefinierten Layer2-Lösung, um diese Gebühren zu reduzieren. We're really sorry that happened. We never have any level of access to accounts. The code that makes MM is open source and regularly reviewed. They don't help us and deny any support…
They don't help us and deny any support about hacked accounts or stolen accounts. They charge you for everything but are not responsible if someone hacks your account? I have, even the wallet address that was sent to. It's a shame!

J'ai fait confiance à metamask comme…
J'ai fait confiance à metamask comme wallet j'avais mis en farming des jetons sur pancakes swap et tout a disparu transféré sur un compte. Vraiment je déconseille de placer vos crypto dessus.

le pire wallet existant
Dommage que truspillot ne propose pas 0 étoile. De tout les supports technique c'est le pire, promesse non tenue, pire plus de signe de vie de metamask. Wallet bloqué sans raison, je n'ai commis aucune erreur, le support m'a promis de me trouver une solution sous 48h, après 2 semaines, toujours aucune nouvelle ni du support metamask, ni de mes fond bloqué. J'ai lancé un chat à de nombreuses reprise, le support ne répond jamais ou très rarement, j'ai réussi à les avoirs que de nuit entre 4H ET 6H DU MATIN, j'ai patienté 4H sans réponse. De tous les Wallets existant, c'est le pire.

El timo de la estampita. Compré 1 ETH en diciembre. Me llegó un mensaje diciendo que en menos de 24 horas tendría el proceso finalizado. He contado con mil correos a soporte y no dan señales de vida. Pues es ya febrero, y ¿A vosotros os han contactado? Pues a mi tampoco. Es el nuevo negocio del siglo XXI, robar dinero a través de supuestas páginas hiperseguras. Así que ya me habeis visto el pelo en el Metaverso...

bad. they are stealing money and the support not replying. You have to take them to court to get your money back which I do right now.
