We dont have the ability to charge a debit/credit card. That happens through one of a few partners. That said, we very much value the security of our users, and an issue like this is a major concern. Please reach out to our helpdesk, so we can investigate.https://support.metamask.io and click the blue "Start a Conversation" button. The bot will ask a few questions then get you connected.

Am serious time-waster
A serious time-waster, loser-of-my-Etherium. I am thoroughly disappointed. It's equally-unreliable partner in woes, opensea.io recommends it as being "popular". They each thoroughly deserve their very low Trustpilot ratings. Oh, how much time, frustration, and eventually loss of value I could have saved had I only checked with Trustadvisor before following the crowd to Metamask.io and Opensea.io!

I mean, ~400 reviews on Trustpilot vs 10m downloads and a 4.5 avg reviews on Android. We only just became aware of TrustPilot. (hence the delay in response) Stop by our community support forum if you need help, there's a ton to know in web 3: https://community.metamask.io/

Swap or trade cryptocurrency
I tried to swap Ethereum for Shinja Inu. Site continue to request more money for fees. $100 should be enough but not for Metamask. I am looking for another site to swap coins. Far too expensive. I try to avoid using Metamask if possible. Best to find another site to swap or trade.

Transaction Fees are determined by network demand. MetaMask doesn't set or collect them. We're working on a custom Layer2 solution to help reduce these fees. Learn more about transaction fees here: https://community.metamask.io/t/what-is-gas-why-do-transactions-take-so-long/3172

Its pretty picky about the syntax for your SRP. It wants only the 12 words, with a single space between. Stop by our community support forum if you need help. https://community.metamask.io/

THIEVES
Thieves I was robbed and no responsibility assumed by them. People invest on their platform but responsibilities ZERO. Probably they are the thieves. Take your investments from there.

I regret to inform you that unfortunately reversing transactions that were already successfully completed is not possible, due to the way the blockchain was designed. Metamask is only a portal that lets users interact with the blockchain, hence we cannot control the blockchain to revert transactions :( I wish there was a way to help, but there's nothing we could do in this situation, sadly. en GROS METAMASK n'est pas sécuriser et ne protège pas ces utilisateurs, ABONDONNEZ METAMASK sauver votre peau du voleurs !

Account drained! Deposit stolen out of account and no care in the world to assist from MetaMask! No phone number either for real support.
I used their platform to transfer funds to buy an NFT, and waited and waited and waited for the funds the arrive to my account. They don’t have a phone number, so I couldn’t get any real help. But I entered their chat service for assistance to find out that money was stolen from my account, wiped clean, and they did not care one bit or offer any assistance or next steps. When I asked who to report this to and how to get my money back or the next steps, the agent exited the chat. I will never do business with them again, or their WYRE transfer service through their site. The trust is completely gone. If they are doing monetary transactions and holding peoples’ money, they should have top level security like online banking, and hold some sort of responsibility.
