this wallet is full of ways to nickle…
this wallet is full of ways to nickle and dime you to death with eth gas fees. even when you try to send to created network wallets it will send to mainnet eth until you figure out how to bridge whatever token you have from eth mainnet to whatever you tried to send it to in the first place. if you arent in full knowledge of the bridging process and their lack of safeguards or basic information to keep you from sending a token to eth mainnet to what you want i would not use this at all. this is a shady app not for the every day crypto holder. use a cold storage it is cheaper, easier, and more friendly to the user. customer service is almost useless as well. they can basically only look at your etherscan to see what happened then tell you to bridge it. they have a complete lack of insight to people experiencing a problem that isnt black and white.

Transaction fees are set by the network, we dont collect them. We can only see what available to the public, and have to work from details provided by users. We're human, and have more than 200 chains and over 500k tokens to support (each with their own intricacies and pitfalls). Some issues are far more complex, and don't have simple answers. A wallet address on Ethereum is identical to one on BSC (or any other EVM chain) there isn't a way to know a transaction will be cross chain from only an address.
