VIENE USATO DAI TRUFFATORI
VIENE USATO DAI TRUFFATORI.

We never have any level of access to accounts, how could we give access we don't even have? Reach out to our helpdesk, they may have additional resources to help build a case with law enforcement: https://support.MetaMask.io and click the blue "Start a Conversation" button. The bot will ask a few questions then get you connected. Security is always our first consideration. MetaMask is OpenSource and routinely reviewed. You can check the code yourself, your account information is never stored or even sent to our servers. We take extensive steps to prevent scammers from harming our users, but we cant prevent everything users may do with their wallet. For reference, we have over 35m users, and 308 reviews on TrustPilot. These reviews represent ~0.00088% of MetaMask users. Check our reviews on Google/Apple Stores, ~200k reviews, and 4.5 stars average. We only became aware of TrustPilot a few months ago.

Transactiekosten worden bepaald door de netwerkvraag. MetaMask verzamelt ze niet. We werken aan een aangepaste Layer2-oplossing om deze kosten te verlagen. Lees hier meer over transactiekosten: https://community.MetaMask.io/t/what-is-gas-why-do-transactions-take-so-long/3172

You can check your wallet address on a block explorer like Etherscan.io. That will show every transaction and token on that blockchain. (each chain uses a different explorer. Blockscan.com checks a few of the bigger chains.) If your asset shows on the explorer, but not in MetaMask you may need to add the correct network and/or token contract address. (add custom chains: https://MetaMask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043227612-How-to-add-a-custom-network-RPC - Add unlisted tokens: https://MetaMask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015489031-How-to-add-unlisted-tokens-custom-tokens-in-MetaMask ) Not sure where you reached out to support, but I don't see any conversations or tickets with your name. I would like to check up on that as well, if you have a ConversationID or ticket number. Our support can only be reached through our website: https://support.MetaMask.io/ - From there either the Community or "Start a Conversation" button will put you in touch with the support team. Community is a public forum, Start a Conversation starts with a bot, but will pass you to a person once you answer its questions

MetaMask customer support claimed that…
MetaMask customer support claimed that they acting on behalf of the Cryptocurrency Management Tax Bureau from the Swiss Federal Statistical Office collecting 4% tax on my USDT assess that they keep locking in the pledging system. One customer support gave me a timestamp of 24 hours with a timestamp up to 23:59 20062022. I paid the tax at 19:15 20062022 and they claimed that the MetaMask system recognised that I was late paying my tax because the time begin from when the tax document was issued. At the time of the issuance of the Tax document the customer support did not tsay anything about it but they give me the time until 23:59 of 20062022. I asked the customer service that determined I was late about why the previous customer service gave me the different timestamp but they tried to ignored and go around the circle with a different statement saying that I have to pay a further fine of 3% for paying late. Why are they so unprofessional and we are not allowed to say anything at all? Suggested solution: I want to know if this is true and if they are collecting tax on my assess is all genuine according to the law. Also is the tax notification paper they provide is true

That is a scam. Do not click any links in those messages. Never give away your secret recovery phrase. We don't ask for any identifying information when creating accounts, how would we verify information we never asked for? https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/6286050620955-Will-MetaMask-ever-ask-me-to-verify-my-account-

You've been warned.
DO NOT USE Metamask! Period. When NFT's first came out, I went to Opensea, where they REQUIRED you to sign in with Metamask to make any purchase. Once I realized that even purchasing a 0.2 cent NFT was going to cost over 50-70 dollars in Gas fees alone, I tried to get my money out of Metamask asap. They sent one sentence emails to keep me feeling supported until just dropping all contact when asked how to get the funds out. I gave up trying to get my 50 dollars back and accepted it as a loss which is what I'm sure they were aiming for. I logged back into my account after a long time to see if the money is still there. I have my 12 phrase recovery pass screen shotted so there is no mistakes. My account was deleted on Opensea and all the money in the Metamask account is gone, what a surprise. These guys are blatant scammers to a T. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. They intentionally make it insanely high in gas fees so your money is just stuck with them. Then when you forget about it or give up on trying to do anything with their service, they'll transfer it out and just take it. At least I only lost 50 bucks. I know many who've lost thousands based on reviews. DON'T FALL FOR IT PEOPLE. I pray these guys go out of business and get hit with lawsuits.

Transaction Fees are determined by network demand. MetaMask doesn't set or collect them. Keep an eye on Etherscan.io/gastracker to get a sense of current prices (early am sun/mon US time is usually cheapest) Metamask is a way to access the blockchain account, not the account itself. You can import your SRP to any EVM compatible wallet. (Trust, Argent, CB wallet, Gamestop Wallet; up to you)
