Piece of crap
Piece of crap. If you use this wallet expect to lose all your crypto or at least spend most of it on gas fees.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, ungodly slow network, gauging fees, they hold your funds and force you to add more money to transfer or withdraw any money out, requires you to re sign in repeatedly (within minutes) rambling user help section. Ended up having to successfully transfer my funds out $2.50 at atime, tried bridging and/or switching networks but took more than an hour to xfer $48. The browswr extention was bad but the app was even worse

MetaMask support will never ask you to deposit funds to your account. That's a scammer posing as MetaMask Support. We will never contact you via Private/Direct message/Email/etc. (we never ask for those details when creating an account, so we cant contact our users directly.) We work to prevent our users from being scammed, but we can't prevent everything users may choose to do with their wallets. The only way to reach our support is from the get support link in app/extension (menu > get support) or https://support.metamask.io - Start a conversation (once you answer the bots questions, you'll be connected to a person on our support team) Please reach out to us.

You can check your wallet address on a block explorer to see the exact contents. We don't display every token automatically because the sheer volume (over 250k on Ethereum alone) and many are scams. If you see them on the block explorer - Make sure you have the correct network added: https://support.metamask.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043227612-How-to-add-a-custom-network-RPC Then make sure you have the token's contract address added: https://support.metamask.io/hc/en-us/articles/360015489031-How-to-display-tokens-in-MetaMask Best way to reach us is from our support page: https://support.metamask.io - start a conversation (will start as a convo with a bot)
