I was told I had to use this wallet to cash out some money that I won from an online casino so I use them and I was told I would be able to send it directly to my debit card I was not able to do that I was forced to do the ACH but I was also giving a provider to go through to do the ACH and that provider was supposed to only take 24 hours and it's going over 48 they have not responded to my emails nor have I received my money this is the worst experience I've ever had both of these companies are trash

We have an in-wallet option to sell crypto for fiat, but its limited to certain regions, tokens/coins, and networks. Which payment providers are avail is largely determined by region. (We're working to support more options) Once its sent to the payment processor, we arent able to see further details, or assist with issues. Sounds like you've gotten in touch with their support team already, but just to be sure: our support is handled through a live chat (https://support.metamask.io > either of the buttons under Contact Support) get in touch with us if you need any further details about the payment sent to them for processing (or want to verify you have the correct contact for them. Cant post another companies links here, TP's anti-spam bots dont like when i do that. Lol)

I swapped BEP20 to SOL — the BEP20 tokens left my wallet immediately, but the SOL never arrived. It has been stuck indefinitely with no resolution. I contacted support multiple times, and they keep telling me to “wait,” but no real agent ever responds or provides a solution. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a wallet service handling real funds. At this point, it feels unreliable and potentially unsafe to use. I would strongly caution others before trusting this wallet.

Times in support queues before you reach a person can fluctuate. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this issue, our support on social platforms isnt able to help get this resolved (we ask people not to share any personal details on public channels for security. We'll need a wallet address to look into this further) Sorry for the extended wait time. Stay patient, hang on the line, and we'll help you get this resolved as quickly as we're able to.

Horrible tron support. Swapping doesn't work. Doesn't support automatic energy renting. Transaction fees are not transparent. If you can, avoid this wallet.

Appreciate the feedback. Tron is a pretty recent addition so many of the features Tron native people have come to expect aren't supported quite yet. We're working on various components of using Tron within Metamask to make it a smoother experience. If you'd like to continue sharing your thoughts with us, we'd love to hear them so we can share that feedback with the team working on Tron features. Discord: https://discord.gg/Consensys or the community forums to come chat with us: https://community.MetaMask.io/c/feature-requests-ideas

We never have access to users accounts. our stack is opensource, you dont have to take our word for it; you can review our code yourself. We've also been named the most secure wallet in crypto numerous times. (https://metasmask.io/security) We work tirelessly to help prevent our users from being scammed, but we can't control what users choose to do with their wallet. Reach out to our helpdesk: https://support.MetaMask.io > 'Contact Support' button. The bot will ask a few questions then get you connected.

They launched a rewards program more than 3 months ago and announced on their website it would be claimable on the 23rd of January but nothing since. In the meanwhile the marketcap/price of their reward token $LINEA dropped so hard the claim will be worth next to nothing.
